The High Mountains, and the deep mines. The oh so very deep mines of Kal'Tarak, in the Kingdom of Kaz'Ulrah. Since he was child, Roran loved mining. With each swing, the wall could crumble away and bring forth a bounty of fortune! Or maybe a cave to explore? But what he found, was a dungeon! Or, at least in his daydream he did. Roran's family was a family of dwarves that were amazing miners, thus how they got their family name, the Strongpicks. This is why he was so strongly built. In fact, as a child, he broke his bedroom wall because he wanted to go mining. And although he was extremely good at mining, he always wanted something more, something exciting. This need for excitement causes him to occasionally stop mining and see what the city had to offer, although he never strayed long. The fact that he always went back was because the potential of something new always drew him back, but if something else became far more interesting...then he might stop mining for good.
