Zo was raised on the outskirts of Ves on a farm, with her father, and mother. Her mother taught her how to fight with a sword and knives and how to be stealthy because she used to be an assassin for the Holy Orenian Empire. Zo stayed on the farm until she was 18, when the farm burnt down and claimed the lives of everyone but Zo. As far as everyone knows, the farm burnt down because of a group of raiders sacked the place and then burnt it. What really happened though was that Zo’s parents revealed that their bloodline secretly practiced the ancient dark magic of Necromancy. Her parents wanted her to continue the practice, and showed her necromancy. Zo was scarred by the experience and refused. Zo believes that the dark magic had corrupted her parents minds and everybody’s that used it. Things escalated and Zo ended up killing her parents and burning down their farm and their texts of necromancy. Zo left the farm after spreading rumors about raiders sacking their home, and decided to kill everybody that practices dark magic. Realizing that she stood no chance against people using dark magic the way she was, Zo set out to find a way to make herself powerful and kill people that practice dark magic.
Zo eyed the man cautiously. “That’s for me to know and for you to guess.” She walks away, realizes that she has no idea of where to go, and then walks back to the man. “Do you by any chance know of a place where I can... get stronger?” She said cautiously.
