Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Oh, uhm. I have no clue where to begin to be honest." He says nervously, as he looks around inside the tent, then back to the women "I guess you could say I've been helping out all kinds of folk I came across." He says with confidence. "I've decided to devote myself to helping as many people as I can, after refusing to help a friend home after they went to the bar, he was found dead the next morning" He says to her, with sadness in his voice. "If only I had helped him, he might have still been alive to this day. Now I'm just trying to find a place to settle down and start a farm, wouldn't be too bad. It was his dream after all." He says the last sentence quietly.
