Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
* pulls a chair next to the old hag but sits on the chair backwards with his legs around it “Say how do you know I have a story” * he asks “ well if you really wish to know I guess you’re not important enough to ruin me, my family came from humble origins and I was on the way to become a mage since my parents were magical folk, however when I was little my mom tired brewing a potion but it backfired on them whilst I was outside playing and both my parents died. From that day I swore to never attempt to learn magic and I despise anyone who does magic. Magic is very misunderstood, it’s an evil force and should not be messed with” * with that he turns to the bar tender and order a beer
