Ruythen

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until… you straighten up and clear your throat "It all started about 10 years ago, i was 7 and currently living in a far away land with my family until one faithful day struck, my memory is foggy but form what i remember a massive tsunami crashed on our  home village which we then fled on top of a hill, then over the course of 2 weeks we built a ship from scraps of wood and metal which was been washed up, we then fled to unknown lands where i lost sight of my parents and never saw them again, i then found Thomas Von Lynden who was my cousin, and here i am today"
