    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: I would define meta-gaming as the use of information acquired out-of-character, in-character. Like if you read about Necromancer on the wiki and then you character suddenly knows Necromancy.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: I would define power-gaming as making your character carry out of unrealistic, unfair, or godly actions. Like a Halfling beating a Olog in a fight.

  As Durzag steps off the boat, he is taken back at the sight of the city. Just as he was about to heading into the bazaar, he was approached by a well dressed man who speaks to him. Durzag stands tall, looking the man in the eyes and says "Urgh, I gots no timz fer tin arms!". Durzag then pushed the man aside and procceded into the bazaar, trying to look intimidating as not to be bothered.
