    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: This is like when you play Stardew Valley and you use the wiki to find out Haley likes Coconuts instead of using the Queen of the Sauce episode to find out she likes cake. Essentially using outside information to effect in charecter actions.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is doing things that your charecter cannot physically do, or by doing something to someone elses charecter which they cannot defend/react to.
