Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"My story?", she eyes the old hag nervously, shoulders tensing. "My story... Well, it's quite the funny story because I got thrown out of my home or, uhm, my village..." She chuckles nervously, fiddling with her fingers. "Okay well maybe its not so funny... I'm just... okay others would say I am an idiot or something like that but... yeah" she looks around, humming in thought. "I'm just a bit... clumsy... I think..." She shrugs as she turns back to the old hag, pressing her lips to a thin line. Her eyes dart the ground. A sigh escapes her lips. "Or maybe I am an idiot for ruining... everything..." She chuckles again but her eyes hold a hint of sadness.
