Evelyn was born in a small village in the dark oak forest. She had an older brother and two loving parents. However, her parents died from sickness not long after she was born, with only her brother being left to take care of her. When she was little, she made a few friends, one of them being a High Elf named Leena after bumping into her in the forest. This took place not long after the conflict between the Wood Elf and High Elf conflict. However, this issue did not sway their friendship. Leena taught Evelyn how to read and write, which lead to Evelyn enjoying reading. Evelyn and Leena used to be good friends, but they grew apart as they got older. By the time she turned 11, she no longer was friends with her. Around the same time, her brother left her to fend for herself for 7 years. During that time, she learned to hunt, cook, and clean. Currently, she is 18.
You’ve just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you trip, and almost faceplant into the ground. As you regain your composure, you look up and see a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile.
“Welcome!” He began.
"Oh, hello-"
“What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure?
"Well-"
Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
"Actually, I came here to explore."
"I see. So you came here to explore, young lady?"
"Well, yes."
"Alright, you could start by checking out that place right over there! It's a good tourist stop."
"A-alright sir. Thank you. I will be on my way now. Hehe." I would nervously walk away, and look at the stall he directed me to. It sign said, "Finest Foods." The stall was very poorly run. "What a strange guy.." I thought aloud. However, something drew me towards that stall, and I somehow found myself sitting at the bar table on a stool.
"Hello!" Someone said. I turned around. It was a little human girl, who looked no more than 8. "Do I know you from somewhere?"
