she finds the promise of an adventure, she pounces on it, often getting her into trouble. She is quick to make new friends, but is too trusting of them.
One morning, about 18 years ago, a travelling man named Ismael Qureshi (GopnikHasWares, we have an agreement about this character being raised by him) found a baby outside his cart. With the baby, there was only a blanket and a name tag saying Elayne. The man brought her up as his own. He taught her the ways of his faith and how to get along in the world, how to fight and take care of herself. Until the age of about 12, she never considered that her skin tone was different from his, or that he never directly showed her to other people like some fathers did. After a while, she was told that she was adopted, and the circumstances of Ismael finding her. Every so often, Ismael would get to one of the cities, like Helena or Al’Faiz, and he would take her inside to see what it was like.
Wherever they went, Elayne saw all the different cultures, from the wildlings, to the northerners in Reza, and wanted to explore the world herself. So, at the age of 17, Elayne left home and went to explore, learning how to gather food from the wilderness, and survive on her own. After a while, though, she decided that she had learned enough (and had gotten bored of living by herself) and went to live in the big cities. On her way to one of the cities, she slipped and fell, and woke up in Cloud temple.

Read the scenario below this box and type out inside of this box how your character might respond. Your response must be at least four sentences long and include at least one action and at least one piece of dialogue surrounded by quotes.
Elayne hears the man and turns around, confused by the question. She did not come here for any specific purpose, but to see what came to her, to seek her fortune. “I don’t know,” she muses, “but possibly all three!”. She smiles. “Is there something you need?” she asks, before turning around and heading over to inspect the wares of the stalls.
