    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: by choosing the right stats for your character and having just enough amounts of powers and looks to be fair. Basically not making your character unrealistic. You need to choose powers and agility that matches your character. you also should not make character as a joke, for example you should not be a granny and afterwards get insane agility and run. that would be unrealistic. If a person wants to have maximum fun and maximum joy and MAXIMUM REALISM they would be serious about their characters and realistic.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Basically lets say that king is secretly planning on attacking and one of the people hes talking to will just inform the enemy about it, thats not fair because to begin with he was never a spy. he just wants to ruin the fun and seriousness of the server. Thats one of my definitions and explenations of disruption of fair roleplay.

Physical Description: Decent amout of facial hair, Blue hazel eyes, 191cm or 6'3, blondish brown hair and clothes (leather and cloth) mostly yellow and grey in color.
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

((How do you respond?))

Example: 

"Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until… i came here because my homeland was attacked "Sighs" i barely made it out alive from there, we were attacked by goblins and their numbers were greatly larger then ours. They manage to overpower us and made some of us flee "sighs" at least the ones that survived. My entire village was burn to crisp, they looted our goods and made us flee from our home, many lives were lost, many were sacrafaiced and many were violated."Old lady looks at him without any concern and says". do you think that this town is better? "he looks at her with confusing eyes" What do you mean? "old lady lowers her head and starts speaking" This town is no better, we are also attacked by bandits, goblins and orcs almost every week. our numbers are decreasing and so is our wealth. We need a strong protector to help us fend them off. Maybe.. Maybe you could help us out? you big,strong and maybe experienced?   "He looks at her and says" I might be big but i have no experience in fight, i was a blacksmith back in my town, before it got burn to crisp "sighs" without any family or proper home. I was made to make tools, just like a machine. "Old lady starts speaking as she interrupts him" Yeah well no fighting experience doesnt mean that you cant learn. Stay with us, Gerald the town mayor over there needs a man like you, He will give you food and a place to stay. In exchange you'll be trained to protect this village from future attacks. "He thinks, he has nothing to lose. back there he was a blacksmith but now he has a chance to be a fighter. so he agrees."
