    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Basically if you learn something on character #1 and apply it on character #2 without a cost per-say that's meta gaming, or if one's base is being raided and he suddenly comes on the second the raid starts or has been informed, that's meta gaming, i think :D
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Instead of killing somebody by literally phrasing " Y Swings his sword at X
