    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Not giving the person a chance to decide there own fate for there character, demanding. or someone who cheats.
    Status: Denied

A young Elf lady who was kicked out of a elven women utopia. Now alone and knowing only of her old home she seeks shelter and to start a new life.

Living in this Utopia these elven women created was very hard. Miaja worked and worked day and night on gathering supplies and building the homes in her small hidden tribe for her whole life.  A goddess named Hera was who her and her people looked up to. Miaja has never lost faith in her goddess, and proceeds to do acts of kindness as her goddess has instructed they all do. Though one day when she found her friend crying, she realized she was corrupted when she tried stealing food from another village. corruption happens to the tribes people when some one does Hera wrong. So miaja prayed along with other tribal women to lift the curse. But her goddess said. “ for only I can pass the curse as a burden on another soul, not relive it completely.” So to protect her child hood friend and to honor her goddess she sacrificed her purity for her people. So after doing so she was sent away to never come back to the tribe. And carry the burden.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

What to fix in your next application:

  • Your biography contains non-server lore created by yourself. You are not allowed to start your character with any lore that is outside of the wiki (see below), especially things such as goddesses as you described and ‘curses’. Please shy away from things such as magic and mysticism in your application.

  • Your biography lacks the necessary server lore that is required of an application. Adding on to what was previously stated, lore is what makes up the server’s reality and history. It includes anything such as a place your character lived in (or moved to), or a historical event that happened during her time alive, etc. Every piece of lore that is applicable to your character may be used, and are all found in the wiki (see below). If you need any help with lore, please contact me!

  • Your character must have one negative trait in her ‘interesting facts’, which can be anything such as an attitude or quirk that she has developed.
