Mugen was born into an extremely hard working family
though they were on the poor side of the nation, they still had enough money to put food on the table. However, one day this all came crashing down into a pitiful end. Thieves burst into their home, ransacking their food, their savings even! They no longer could pay for their house, and were soon kick out onto the streets. This caused Raiju's Parents to become very Ill, Raiju at the time only being, 7, his parents abandoned him, leaving him with a wooden sword. Raiju began to roam the streets, being abused by many of the other citizens, until one day an old samurai, took Raiju under his wing, and trained him. Now 12 years later both his parents killed for trying to steal food, and his Master dead from an illness, Raiju has no place to go. The only person he looks up to is himself, that's what his master had taught him. He wields a Double-edged Tsurugi with two-prong hilt, but don't think he's useless without a sword, he excels in close quarters. Raiju loves Food, booze, pretty women, fighting and winning, and of course he dislikes work and loosing. The marks on his arms and legs also indicate that he has been in prison before.
His Attire:
Mugen has messy black hair and a faint beard. His clothing is anachronistic as well, reminiscent of baggy hip-hop fashions of today. His attire consists of a light grey shirt with a stitch pattern running down the middle and ending at the halfway point of the shirt. He wears this under a red short-sleeve happi that functions as a jacket. He wears dark gray hakama cut off at shorts-length, resembling loose-fitting Bermuda shorts and Japanese Geta (wooden sandals) on his feet. these geta are fitted with several metal strips on the soles, allowing him to use his sandals as blocking devices. He has two blue ring tattoos, two on each wrist and two just above the ankles. Lastly, he carries his sword on his back with a sash that goes from his left shoulder to his right hip, favoring his right hand. It has a zig-zag pattern of green and yellowish-brown.
