Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"Hm?" You turn to your head after looking around and go to sit down in front of her.
After adjusting to the cushion you take a look at her, studying to see what her intentions are before speaking...
"Well, where should I start? I have many stories of my adventures--"
You pause before smiling and begin to lean closer, resting your head on your hand supported by your knee, as you gaze straight into her eyes.
"Is there a particular one you would like to hear about?" Tilting your head to await her answer...
