    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: it is the use of info acquired out-of-character, in-character.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: it is the carrying of unfair or over-powered actions, like forcing someone emotes on other players or use something that others cant do like shoot lighting on someone or have over-powered strength.

Scav is usually an adventurous goblin and likes to try to find resources to help build his weapons and other machines that come to his mind that he finds a good idea. The reason behind Scav’s name is that he usually likes to  find and collect items to use in various machines he makes including weapons to help in war against enemies or for fighting with his own kind. Scav can be mysterious at times and likes to mess with others when he feels like it making it hard sometimes for others to be friendly to him, also he got out of tricky situations which helped him in combat against stronger enemies and in mechanical problems with weapons, or when he makes an orc angry at him. Scav has been in war with some well known orc clans but he was never mentioned in many of them because how forgettable he can be sometimes. some of the clans he fought for was the Lak, Yar, Azog, and Lur which did build a little reputation but not a big one. Scav knows little of the orcish language and sometimes cant even understand it but he still is learning the language so he gets better at it as time goes on. Scav has been with very few people such as elves, dwarves, humans and sometimes even his own kind because sometimes he gets stressed and wants to take some alone time from society because he was abandoned from his family at a very early age of 10 because his family was killed from an invasion from some rouge knights who had grudges against them making him have a grudge against humans that is not that strong today but he still has a small grudge on humans.

Physical Description: Scav is about 5 feet tall and wears a mask and goggles to hide his ugly goblin face, and wears overalls.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

That’s completely okay! No need to apologise whatsoever. There’s no test at all and there is no fail. Just take your time and look over the Wiki. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Take all the time you need.
