Upon review, your application has been denied! Do not fear, as it is not permanent. You can reapply at your leisure. Before doing so, I would recommend registering an account with our forums. Normally, a registered account is not denied outright but given a 24 hour Pending period if necessary. Your application was nearly perfect, there are just a few small things you have to work on in order to be accepted on your next attempt. They are as followed:

• Your definitions are incorrect. Take another look at our rules and phrase them your way.
• I believe you mean to apply as a Half Elf rather than a Halfling. Halflings are a small species of creatures ranging from about 3-4 feet tall. Half elves are half elf, and half something else, such as human.
• In your backstory, change your references of halfing to half elf!
