Hadvar was born in Adria. His father was killed by bandits while travelling as a merchant when he was but an infant. Hadvar was raised by his mother who worked tirelessly to provide for him and his little sister. She worked long hours at a fishmongers in the central market, she was gone for the majority of the day so you could say Hadvar also raised his younger sister Hadvar and his sister got on just fine, but Hadvar often felt that he didnt fit in. All the other kids had friends and Hadvar had his sister. Hadvar had fallen in with a bad crowd and Became a mercenary for anyone who was willing to pay him, always sending the majority of his money to his mother and sister. At age 24, he became enamoured with a girl he met working at the tavern which he visited often to find jobs for himself. She was beautiful, and every man in the town knew it, they shouted all manner of profanities at her . But not Hadvar, He longed for more from her. After many attempts at courting her with gifts, the girl agreed to see him, after a few months they were married, Hadvar had left His mercenary work and wanted to start a family, he’d found a humble job as a Lumberjack apprentice in the forest just outside of the city walls . Life was quiet although they lived on a what Hadvar considered a peasants wage, He wanted to be content but couldnt accept this quiet lifestyle. Several months a friend from his mercenary days had spotted him working near the forest entrance and offered Hadvar a job which would set him, his wife and his mother and sister up for life. He accepted the job of course! , little did he know things were about to change forever. He was tasked with killing a noble. As he entered the nobles home he was captured and tortured. His wife, mother and sister. all tortured and killed in front of him. He was left in a cell to rot, Forgotten by all. All but the mercenary who had given Hadvar the Job, he had been overwhelmed with guilt for what had become of his friend. He broke Hadvar from his cell after months of planning. Hadvar has flee’d his home land and looks to start his life a new and is now in the city of Sutica
