"I hope for another year of independence and many more to come." The man would say as he thought fondly back to the meeting where the Kingdom first got independence.

"What is this...?" Hogo Bojo II would say, muttering to himself as he glanced at the new note on the notice board. "Hmm." he'd grumble as he read the unauthorized note and raised a brow. While reading, he would scan the letter for contact information. "How am I supposed to fine em for using the bullentin board without permission if they didn't leave a return address." He'd scoff.

The elderly former Royal Chef of Hanseti-Ruska, Hogo Bojo I would be enjoying a drink in the tavern when received word of the news. "Quite interesting", he would mutter to himself. "I have niet ever seen a Koeng abdicate in my one hundred and thirty one years alive. Through five Monarchs I have lived, all dying before they were succeeded. I suppose life still has its unforeseen events and shocks, even when vy get to be as old as I am." The man would chuckle quietly to himself. "Although, I can niet say that I am surprised by the fact that he granted himself titles before abdication. The man did really strive for power his entire life."

"What an interesting development, however not completely unforeseen I suppose." Hogo Bojo II would mutter to himself after hearing the Emperor's Regency Declaration. The man would start tapping his fingers on his new desk repeatedly while thinking. "I suppose the Emperor is getting old after all... I do niet believe that he has long left to live." He would say still muttering with a smirk now on his face as he glanced out the window at the wonderous view of the water just outside his room.

Kazimar Hieromar Ludovar would be seated by his crackling fireplace in anticipation for the construction effort to come to an end. "Ah, I can niet wait for the construction of the arena to finish." he'd mutter to himself with a smirk as he took as swig of Carrion Black.
