“What is your baptismal name?”
“My name is Ansel Carrow.”
“Hm, and how many years have you lived?”
“I’m 19.”
“I see, interesting. And where were you born?”
“My parents were farmers, not far from Helena.”
“Aha, and your ethnicity?”
“Heartlander, sir.”
“Are you able to read and write?”
“Yes, sir.”
“I see. And your family? Are you married, do you have children?”
“No, never married. My brothers and sisters are still with my parents on their farm.”
“How do you wish to serve GOD? As A Monk? A priest? A layman?”
“It was always my father’s dream for me to join to priesthood, though I’d be willing to serve God in whatever capacity He needs me.”
“And finally, do you have any issue with taking up oaths of chastity and devote yourself to our Lord GOD?”
“I intend to devote myself fully to God, whatever that takes.”
“That should be all.” He finishes writing down the answers “I shall send this to the Prelate of the Priesthood right away.”
