Mael is a kind-hearted individual. He suffers from separation anxiety and voices in his head, telling him that he’s not good enough and that he’ll never go anywhere in life. Mael was born in the Kingdom of Gladewynn, in the capital, Caras Eldar. He is an only child. Mael has little recollection of his parents, only remembering that they didn’t treat him well—probably where the voices stem from, his mother being the physical abuser. He had been living with nice dark elven folk after his parents were brutally murdered. Even though Mael’s parents were toxic, they were, after 20 years after Mael’s birth, talking about conceiving another child (Iblees curse). He was pretty young then. A lot of the elven folk figured he murdered his parents due to some mental snap because they knew his parents hated each other and treated Mael terribly... Mael doesn’t really remember though how his parents were murdered. Mostly due to repressed memories. Even though he’s been through some hardships, he turned out okay. He’s sort of naive and doesn’t understand much about love since he wasn’t around it growing up. Even though his adoptive parents were nice, he never saw them physically affectionate with each other. He likes to carve up wood figures of the fauna he often visits when he’s hanging out in the trees. Because he enjoys climbing trees, he’s pretty fit. He has a knack for archery and aside from crafting wood sculptures, he enjoys crafting longbows to add to his collection. Mael belongs to his own seed; he has a unique Ilmyumier, his back has a beautiful display of his own creation. He hopes to travel the world and meet as many new people—dwarves, orcs, and the like—spreading his optimism while trying to stay sane at the same time.
