    Talo flinches as he hears the man speak, visibly startled, not noticing the man until he speaks. In a moment, Talo brightens up and says “Good morning. Nice to meet you. I’m glad to finally be able to make my way to this city. It is so rich with history.” He scans the area, visibly looking for something “Excuse me. Out of curiosity do you know where I might find a library?”
