The usual hair color for High Elves can range between white, silver, and gold – but it is never dark brown unless your character is mixed. In that case, you would simply be an ‘Elf’. If you want to remain a High Elf, you can tweak your skin and physical description to reflect this, or if you would like to keep the description, you can make your race ‘Elf’.
