The boat in which I had arrived on wasn’t the most grand, or glorious at that. she was run down, a old boat in which was out of shape... still it had been most of what I could afford out of my very own pocket. A small sign of relief had left my mouth as the city came in view, running my fingers through my hair. sadly, the nerves once again kicked in. the city... much bigger than I had suspected, I’d never seen something so massive... so foreign. I gulp as the boat comes to a stop and I step off unto the wharf. I wobble a little trying to find my land legs but once I do my eyes scan the horizon in which I came, before turning to that of the city. I had no clue what my next move was... really I never did. Never the less, here I am now. No going back, no money too either. I go to move forward, to explore the place in which I docked when I notice a nicely dressed man approach me with a smile. At first I wasn’t sure he was looking to me but when checking behind me to see no one I was certain “Uh, Hi!” I smile awkwardly as I listen to him continue on. “Wll uh, to be honest, I just go where the wind takes me. though adventure and money both sound great as of right now.” I chuckle, my stomach growling causing my cheeks to grow pink. I move my hand to my small bag but find no food “and er, maybe abit of food too... know any good places to eat?”
