Fenan Silverfall was born in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, to a small mining village situated on the foothills of a mountain rich with minerals. He grew up not particularly poor, but not very wealthy either, with his parents still being able to put food on the table. During his childhood he went into the caves often, sometimes following his father who worked in the mine, while Fenan learned about the structure of caves. While he progressively got older Fenan inherited some of the traits of his parents, mainly their hate of Elves and Orcs, from the talk they had about them, and their fondness for minerals, gems, and hard work. While he approached physical maturity he developed his fear of spiders, from being scared by them in the caves, and almost being attacked several times, he quickly learned to fear them. When he became physically mature he began his mining career, delving deep into the great caves beneath his home, mining just as his father did, to give extra support to the family. As an only child he learned to work hard and early to make sure that there was food on the table and even sometimes some savings kept hidden. Later on he learned to socialize a bit with his community, as he had been sort of a recluse to this point, with the socializing helping him continue the long trips into the mines. After many years of mining and the old veins of the caverns being dug out and cleared of valuables, his descent into the mountain furthered, taking up more and more of his time. Eventually he stopped socializing, and once again became a recluse and a hermit, his parents dying and leaving him the old house, he continued his work on and on until he could not continue his hermit ways and soon moved from town to town, once again searching for jobs mining. Finally in his current days he resides wherever he can, travelling from place to place drifting from job to job, looking for a good permanent place to once again, and hopefully finally start long term mining in a good area.
