Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

An Earth Atronach, one of the many types of different elemental Atronachs one could create. As the name suggests, this particular Atronach is bound by the Earth element. It holds an affinity towards Earth Evocation, as it was made by that very power source. Therefore, it needs to also be periodically recharged by the same source - whether that be by it's maker or an obelisk. An Earth Atronach, like most other Atronachs, consist of it's elemental structure, it's plating and most importantly it's core. For an Earth Atronach, it usually takes around 4-5 blunt hits to it's core to destroy it - whereas it may be salvaged by it's maker or another Atronach Forger to be repaired. The Earth Atronach may stand up to 7 feet in height, making them slower in terms of speed but merely short of an actual golem in terms of strength. It may wield simple weapons like swords and polearms, however they are not intelligent enough to use weapons such as bows.

The Earth Atronach has an affinity towards it's element, therefore it is able to cast spells directly from it's body at the prowess of a T5 Earth Evocationist, but only in non-combative situations with non-combative spells. As for combative spells, it can regenerate it's limbs passively should it lose any within a fight - though may only suffer 5 minor wounds and 2 major wounds before it is unable to rejuvenate itself anymore. It may also shift it's limbs, manipulating it's shape to be any tool or weapon it desires at the given moment. Last but not least, it may self destruct itself if they are on the verge of death - capable of self imploding as shards of rock explode outwards in all directions in a 7 block radius around it. The Earth Atronach does not have a wide range of spells in it's arsenal, instead it focuses more on physical and blunt damage.

Unlike most constructs, the Atronach is a sentient being - able to perceive the concept of emotions with enough time and teachings. Like a child learning to read a book, their own personality may flourish as their mentality is quite impressionable within the first few weeks of their psychological development. Though they may never truly understand emotions like that of a normal descendant, since they lack the sufficient intelligence to do so. The Atronach abides by their creator whom can give them commands or tasks, no matter how big or small. It will do what it must to protect it's owner or the people they have been ordered to guard, obedient in it's duties till the very end.

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?

A hollow gaze of wood and stone looks upon you eerily, a bulky and rugged exterior made from a wooden and stone frame lined with plates is visible to one observant enough to it's details. Greenery such as moss and ferns line the crevices of the 7 foot tall construct, thick twisting wooden vines and roots sprawl out from it's head piece down it's back and it's supposed chin - granting an intimidating appearance to such a large being worthy of such a description.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Translocation

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Translocation is one of the many varying voidal magics one could possess, and as it goes with each magic it will drain one's physical strength in replacement of prowess in the magic itself. Unlike the elemental voidal magics however, Translocation is a concept most don't understand at first due to its nature. It allows the caster to create a tunnel through the void, allowing two locations to be closer together and the caster. Even in the case of group teleportation, it may move people one place to another in but a blink of an eye. It allows the wielder to deconstruct and reconstruct non-living objects to and from the void, an example of such would be void pocketing hand held items to a storage within the void that only the mage themselves may access.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Translocation has two subsections, Expatriation as well as Shifting.

Expatriation - is the notion of constructing and deconstructing objects from the void, to do so the caster must have a understanding of the object such as its height, weight, material and etc. After confirming such knowledge, an anchor may be settled upon the item so that it may be deconstructed into the void and vice versa. However, only non-living objects may be subjected to be pocketed into the void and it may only be done so with the whole object. It cannot be separated into different parts and be pocketed. Besides that, Expatriation also allows for teleportation rifts to be formed - allowing an object to travel from one to the other instantaneously. There are also Half Expatriations, in which unlike the deconstructing of objects it allows them to instantly pass through allowing it to carry the same velocity the object carried prior to its teleportation - such as an arrow flying from one end to the other would maintain the same speed and strength in which it was shot from. There are exceptions to this rule though, spells may not pass through these anchors - it will simply be ignored by the rifts as though it never existed and the spell itself will be abjured if the attempt were to be carried out. This also concludes with the size of objects, the larger it is the more energy the mage may need to use to transport it. (AKA needing more emotes to teleport the object in question) The largest an object to be stored into the void can be is up to four cubic meters, anything larger will not be able to fit into the rifts provided.

    Shifting

    - unlike Expatriation and instead of objects, it allows the mage to place anchors and shift themselves or people from one location to another at respectable distances through the voidal tunnel they create from the anchor. Group teleportation is possible with this feat, however the more people there is the longer it takes for the mage to focus and concentrate on their spell for it to work. (AKA again, needing a larger emote count in order to do so. Each extra person requires an extra emote) The rule of it however is that the person or object must maintain a stationary stance if not it will disrupt the spell and it shall not work, and such as Expatriation it does not allow spells to pass through either. Examples are spells such as Greater Teleportation where the mage may only transfer themselves and themselves only over a large distance to a location they know well. (Basically fancy soul-stone emotes)

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    Material Teleportation
A rather lucre aura of vigorous windy streaks, carrying sand like particles of a rose gold tinge to swirl about her forearm. Fingers flourished from the motion as she continued nonchalantly chatting away with her companion with a faint smile.

The sorceress soon would find her palm enwreathed in such a luxurious aura, an anchor of sorts making itself present in the center of her gloved hand as it created light warps in the air from whence it stationed itself. Solet merely watched as it unfolded, her head resting on her other palm as her spell continued.

Her viridescent hues eyed her porcelain mug that was laid upon the table just behind her companion, the exact color of golden array now taking upon the shape of the mug in question as it glowed in a gentle luminescence surrounding the aforementioned object.

Finally, in a splutter of flaxen hues the shimmering mug would make itself appear in the mage's hand where the anchor once sat - her connection finally ceasing as her spell was complete. She smiled upon her accomplishment, finally returning her attention to the conversation at hand with a raised brow.
"Pour me another glass, won't you?"

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    Brisk Step

Solet proceeded to meander forth towards her student, eyes taking upon a golden luminescence as an emblazoned aura of the same lucre enwreathed itself upon her forearms like dust storms of rose gold tint. "When in a rather tricky situation, one must know how to get out of it. With teleportation its a rather simple thing to accomplish." advised the sorceress in a matter-of-fact tone. "Display your aura, connect yourself and we shall be learning how to quickly dodge your opponents given the right circumstances."

Her student did as told, connecting themselves to the void as they moved on to a bigger area to practice. "The spell is simple, yet its hard to control at times. Unlike most of our spells that require an solid anchor, this one does not. Instead, you merely focus upon your dematerialization." As she'd finish, the sorceress would immediately disappear before their very eyes! A trail of the same aura as her own would shoot backwards and away from where she once stood in a distance of four meters and reappear then in a puff of yellow and golden smoke. A sharp exhale escaped her lips, the spell indeed taking somewhat of a toll upon Solet but she didn't let it slip her by as the accomplished mage she was.

"Now you." The elfess beckoned to her student, gesturing them forth with a palm as she would supervise their own shifting. "A fair warning though, it's quite exhausting the first few times.." Solet added on just before her student had dematerialized from the now blank space, a crooked trail of their aura quickly following towards a linear location just to the left where they once stood just as Solet had done. The student would've been panting by the mere shift, nearly losing their footing with the disorientation it strained upon them.

"Very good, as I said. It's quite strenuous the first few times, don't worry if it's not perfect." Solet smiled, appraising them for their achievements before motioning them to practice some more. They weren't done just yet.

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

I'll overlook the situation in which they had powergamed, understanding exactly what their mistake was and telling them what they had done wrong. If they choose to continue powergaming, I will contact Story Team to reprimand them as well as drop them as my student should they wish to not listen to any warnings.

  5. Flesh and sinew tore open from a mangled mouth, fangs jagged and cruel piercing through those lips as the beast smiled, a luminescent gaze of crimson peering across the missive with such delight.

"I believe it's time for a change of pace.."

It rasped out in a cackle, for it was to prepare for a war long awaited. A war that shall thrive throughout history.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Water Evocation

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Water Evocation is one of the many types of  Voidal Arts, to put it simply would be one summoning and manipulating the element of water from the void itself. As such with Voidal Magic, it plagues one's body with the weakening effects of voidal sickness - making the user physically weaker whilst granting them arcane prowess. Just like any other Voidal Elemental magics, the way one pulls water from the void is to understand the element itself first - a mage must have a more in depth understanding upon water itself, some people may take it to the extent of how it feels, smells, tastes.. And through their own connection to the void, one may fully grasp the concept of water. However, unlike normal water the water from the void does not mix with the element of water we find in the mundane world. It may come into contact with things and interact with them as normal water would, but once the mage ceases their connection it will fade into oblivion as though it was never present. As they progress through each tier a mage can finally comprehend a different category of the magic itself: Turning water into ice. And as their knowledge of the magic and element grows, one may even summon ice itself and cast a myriad of different spells - big and small, this including spells such as the Water Whip or the Ice Projectile.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

As stated above, there are essentially two subsections of the magic. That being the main one which is, of course, water itself in it's liquid state. As well as it's more solid state of matter, ice.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    Ice Dome
An emblazed aura of rose gold poured from the 'aheral's finger tips in rivulets and streams of interwoven mana. A luxurious display of arcane prowess, a rather fancy yet controlled aura wreathing about her form as she connected herself to the void.

Suddenly, a billowing frost sought to encase the mage from where she stood. She stretched her arms out about her, eyes carefully gazing upon her work - a mistake was not an option in her book. It climbed slowly from her feet as she breathed steadily, her breath visible as she exhaled sharply whilst holding her concentration upon her spell.

With no distractions, Solet managed to maintain her spell. Streaks of her lucre aura flowed about her like a mini blizzard whilst the icy wall about her continued building in size, with a flourished palm did it finally reach up to her waist in about a three meter radius surrounding her and any allies caught within. Her brows strained lightly as she pushed on, their protection depended on her.

And finally, after what seemed like nearly an eternity to the rather anxious mage, the wall closed over them in a large dome of frost whilst the mage herself clasped her palms together to symbolize the ending of her spell. It's surface was decorated in frozen fractals, giving it a polished sheen. Solet let out a sigh of relief as her spell reached it's finality, though that was no reason to cease her concentration. She still needed to maintain it, until she and her allies figured a way out of their situation.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    Water Whip

"You've practiced, right? You know water, you feel it.. you are water. You must feel it as though it was the blood flowing through your veins, but until then you may never fully comprehend it." Solet sighed, that viridescent gaze eyeing them up and down fiercely. She wasn't very strict, however her student was slacking in their lessons as of late so she had to straighten them out.

She snapped her ivory fingers, a metallic DING! Ringing from her motions as a emblazoned aura of golden rose like tinge made itself present from her forearm. It swirled down to her artificial digits, oscillating gently about her palm in a gently luminescent glow. "Connect, dear student of mine. A lesson for you today, I hope you're ready to learn and take my lead." she'd enrapture their attention with her words, earning a nod from her student as they too connected to the void in a trained manner - still unable to make their connection come to them as naturally as her, not yet at least.

"Now follow." she admonished with a flourish of her fingers, flexing them outwards as a globule of water conjured itself from thin air before the accomplished mage. Her student tried to follow, though whether or not they caught up with her she wouldn't wait for them. "Water flows even without you controlling it, dear. If you allow your power to flow like a uncontrollable waterfall, you may never even come to savor a drop." she foretold them, her words vague riddles that her student never quite understood.

"And like water, you must relax and allow it's currents to flow. It's a uncontrollable substance, slipping through even the tiniest crevices of your concentration.." The water she conjured forth stretched into a flowing stream as she spun gently where she stood, her fingers guiding it's trail as it followed. "Like so, instead of stopping it's flow you must guide it." With her advice, her student finally followed along. Though not as controlled as her own stream, they still managed to grasp their own in a crooked trail.

Finally, Solet turned to face her student and lashed out her finalized whip in hand just before their face - it's sharp trail barely reaching the tip of their noses. Their connection ceased by the surprise attack, the already unstable water they had conjured dissipating near instantly in the process. Solet allowed a chuckle to pass through her lips, with a flick of a finger that whip was laid in her open palm - eternally swirling waters rushing through it's length that coiled by her leg. "Again. Except this time, I promise there shall be no distractions." she mused, nodding as she sought for her student to achieve the spell they had nearly finished.

  7. And so from the depths waiting laid that creature, a feeling within it awoken by such bloodshed. Mangled fangs from split jaws came to unfurl from it's grotesque countenance as three pairs of sinister eyes crept open from the dark. A clack and chitter - the sound of those twisted teeth opened to let it speak..
"The ending is nigh, children of Xion.. I shall be paying you a visit soon.."
Uttered the being through a profane cackle, echoing from whence it came. The frigid winter could not rival what horrors awaited those of Fenn. Chaos shall reign and reform what once was, for that is how the world goes forth - the once stagnant settlement had erupted into a city of disorder and confusion, but those that follow the true way.. There shall be salvation.

  8. A more recently blinded mali'aheral would be awoken in cold sweat from the vision bestowed upon her, a prophecy that would soon be foretold.

Whatever could it have meant? What would befall upon the world from this unusual spectacle?

For each prophecy is as foretold, through riddles and puzzles.

One might only find that they may have to piece it together to find it's truth..

And so that is what the elfess did, as she spent the rest of her day pondering upon such a topic. Incoherently mumbling to herself upon the countless possibilities.

Or perhaps.. it was merely a dream?

  9. A man of dark descent would peer upon those crackling flames through pursed lips, distancing himself from the aftermath of a battle that had been brought forth to Fenn's front doors.

"So this is where they've been conducting their business.. Now I do wonder, where are those so called 'Symbols of Peace'? What of the paladins and their kin? A terrible job they are certainly doing, ignoring such grandeur displays of dark."

mumbled he as he soon departed from the scene, yet no footsteps of his own would be left in the snow.. How odd.
