Percival was the firstborn to poor parents on the outskirts of New Esbec. The Allizogs had two other children, Alice and Thomas. Percival was a quiet boy, eager to please but soft-spoken. Clever and a fan of tinkering, he quickly grew into a large young man and found his place in the Orenian military. Slowly making his way up the ranks, Percival found himself training new recruits and teaching them to fight and clean their weapons, just as his superiors had done for him. As he took his men to battle time and time again, Percival grew tired of watching the young men he'd taught die. He despised the loss of life and potential.
