it should be 3 to do a first attack, as drawing a bow should be an emote, like connecting to magic. But all attacks after should be 2 emotes as if connected to a magic.

doesnt stunning the constructs literally cancel what null arcana does? like whats the point of making a pre-existing potion in lore if you can just use aurum

There is no reason to remove a mother's requirement to revive witches. Also, imo, lore should be changed to be a FRESH NEWLY KILLED corpse instead of just claiming any old corpse they've had sitting around who knows how long can be used. 

 

Saw a witch die. Saw all of the witches get on with 0 way of knowing she'd just died 10 minutes later. They were all offline after doing some short rp to revive her like an hour later. 

 

Please make it harder than this for witches to be revived. Please make it a fresh female corpse only. Please reduce the depth of the cut needed to test witches. Please stop enabling/coddling a magic full of people that lose their shit in ST dms any time they get found out.

it does say a fresh corpse in current lore, also yes this is required because if all the mothers die then the community will die as there would be no way to revive them. as for witches reviving after someone just died, mothers can hear from an altar when a witch is dead, their spirit speaking out to them.

my only gripe with this is it takes a female corpse still for the revival ritual. maybe make it so you need an extra witch should you not want to murderhobo just to revive a witch?

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Revenants are the beginning CA for ghost/spectral CA's. They have few abilities, ranging from invisibility to geistreach, which is the ability that allows one to progress from a basic revenant. Revenants can mildly interact with the world around them, using their weak grasp to manipulate objects. All spectral beings are weak to Aurum and Deific magics, along with voidal magics. Lines of pure Aurum would act as a physical barrier to Revenants, or be a painful trek to further progressed ghosts. If demanifested, all ghosts take 1 irl day to respawn. Revenants take 2 ooc days to heal any injuries if they are not demanifested. As a revenant, they would try to do tasks as they did in life, until they eventually learn they are truly dead. They would be stuck in a limbo state, not sure whether alive or dead. Meanwhile, both specters and poltergeists are the further forms of a ghost. Both have different mentalities and looks. Poltergeists mood is constantly some form of negative, from sad to mad to jealous. Specters however are more stable and have a clearer mind. They are more detached from negative emotions and their previous life. Poltergeists look more as they did when they died, a moment of pain forever remembered, while specters almost glow with an ethereal beauty.  Once a ghost is further evolved, they gain new abilities. Both gain the abilities to control their corporeality and ectoplasm further. They also gain the ability to instill emotions in victims, ranging from peace to unease. Both may also possess and make a sort of lair with a haunt or sanctuary. They may also possess people, being forced out with some effort or cut with aurum. While possessing, they may only manipulate emotions and such, not able to properly control the body.
