Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Saeria stepped into the tent, her watchful gaze narrowed onto the old woman as it quickly turned about to observe the empty tent. She'd sigh, moving forth to hesitantly take a seat atop the cushion. Her strong glare kept about the room, making sure to not let her guard down, clearly having been well ventured throughout the wilds. "Expecting me, you say?" the elf exclaimed, moving her long white hair out of her face. Saeria kept her intent gaze now on the old woman infront. "I am not quick to share with strangers..but, i'll make an exception since you've been so kind.." she scoffed. "I'm nothing out of the ordinary, just a urban dweller of a mali'aheral. A lot of study of the fine arts in my younger years..but..unfortunately I had to drop that to pursue more grounded tasks. But, honestly, it got tiring after a while.." The elf huffed, crossing her arms as she clearly got in the wave of rambling. The elf shifted in her seat, eyes still racing about between the room, and the old woman she was talking to, all while talking! "Too many expectations, rules, duties..over time, it just piled up and over to the point of stress. I needed to do something different.." she sighed. "So, here we are. The wilds don't give a damn to who you were before...it's all about what you can do to live. None of the extra fluff of the average Mali'aheral, I suppose. It kind of called to me..the sense of freedom, I suppose. Moving place to place..exploring every mile I could walk. It was liberating!" she exclaimed, a smile forming upon her face. It was clear she was passionate about what she spoke, looking to the older woman yet again. "What about you?" she inquired!
