  1. Sylvia upon being handed the letter from her wife, narrowed her golden eyes "Maln...why do you always seem to be in some kind of trouble..." she sighed, black and white feathers fluttering around her. In her hand a small flame appeared, only enough to eat the paper and burn it to cinders. The voidal mage then moved back to her books, knowing that if her adopted father needed her...he would come looking.
  2. Sylvia grins as she read the note. He was an 'evil', yet merciful man. She also enjoyed his point about Cerulia "I agree. Norland has lost its honour for not just actively siding with the empire and its tyrannical ruler. But for also the treatment of cursed children." She hummed "While I am a guard of Cerulia the doom troop will always be welcome in Cerulia, even if they can be a little bit troublesome at times" She grinned playfully "They keep things interesting" she concluded "Plus, in my opinion anyone with this stance on cursed children should be welcome in Cerulia" She smiled, letting the familiar black and white feathers wrap around the note, sending it into her voidal pocket
  3. Sylvia upon hearing the news of Morwens death felt a wave of anger, sadness and guilt wash over her. She had failed to apologise to her friend, never having the chance to say 'sorry' because she wanted to give Morwen space. Once more the Empire proved itself to be corrupt and evil, destroying anything and everything that is good. She would mourn for the woman that Morwen was. The proudest, honest, selfless, and bravest girl that Sylvia ever had the pleasure of knowing. A human that proved not all humans were evil and corrupt like the Empire tried to make every elf believe. Morwen was like a sister to the elf. Even if not by blood, but blood meant very little to her and Morwen, one of the many things the two had in common...one of the many things she would miss from the girl. "Morwen...I am sorry you never got to see your dream to its fullest. Cerulia will mourn the loss of such a loyal and dedicated warrior. A friend, a guard, a dreamer and an inspiration to many." She chuckled dryly "But you would call me sappy if you heard that. You always did speak your mind, even if it got you into trouble. A true fighter till the end. Rest well friend, you deserve it after fighting so hard for us all"
  4. Sylvia would hold the box tighter in her shaking hands later that night before bed. Proud to be the adopted child of Elijah, proud to be the daughter-in-law to Mr Xavier and most proudest of all, to be the lucky women able to spend the rest of her life with Andromeda Adiler. There was nothing more blessed in her life then these things. She went to bed happy that night and excited for the future. "Despite the dark rainy days, together we can see the silver lining and eventually the sun from behind clouds of grey."

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) "oh- I apologise miss, I-I appear to be a little lost...I was just with my older brother, Terminus and his friend, Vanora...Oh! My name is Sylvia Root, Miss." She gave a small smile at the old hag. Her gaze soon drifted to around them. Her body give an involuntary shiver as she looked around the ominous tent, she could see well in the darkness but that didn't stop the quiet chitter of wild swamp bugs from outside keeping her constantly on edge. "...I came from a far place across the ocean with my brother due to fights between my wood elf people and the dark elves, which is Vanora's Race!...I don't really remember much of my old home...what it looked like...smelled like, or even the faces of my parents...I've always only had my brother Terminus and that is all I need in this world" She spoke with a soft smile, her gaze far away and misty, as if remembering very pleasant memories.
