Dwarves like their secret roads underground for safety and speed (minecarts). Setting the world digging limit a few blocks lower would make these less noticeable like when going through water.

A "Looking for group channel" would be meta gaming and should not be made. You have to get around the land and get to know people and gather a group. As the characters do not have telephones or any other long distance way to communicate you have to do it the old fashioned way. Put signs up on bulletin boards, write books and put them in book shelves and run around talking or shouting.

This being a Guild you probably need to raise the amount you skim off the top of your members, and here is why. Your Solicitor (ooc who must be your best role player) needs to also negotiate and bribe, the various leaders and guard organizations in your area of operations. These negotiations could mean that if they catch any of your operatives and jail them you can sprig them out the back door, and if they injure one of your operatives to the point of needing the healing of the monks they gather the equipment minus a small tax of course and return it to the guild along with a report of who was your careless operative.

This should probably be in Dwarven Role Play.
