In LoTC, which is higher; Lord or Count? I have never been quite sure. . .

neither because most people don't understand what a count or a lord TRUELY are. In reality, a lord is someone who owns land, a count is someone who owns a large area, or "county"

Except for the fact, cow, that in LoTC, Count are the ones who own a lot of land, and lords the ones who own smaller bits of it...
