Well, sprinting will be interesting, and will definitely change chases. Maybe there could be a server skill that reduced the cooldown of sprinting...

I don't mean restricted access as in "you need special permissions to cross this line," I mean restricted access as in "You can try to get here in-character, but unless you're obscenely lucky you're going to die before you get there." What happens when you die and lose your superpowerful sword? Please explain that to me. And giving people special items in-character for helping out the community out-of-character seems a bit silly. It makes much more sense to give people an out-of-character experience, as a reward for being so helpful.

Wait... you think that suggesting that we make an unconquerable city is... worth an extra-powerful sword? Now let's invert that. "We want to make a conquerable city." That statement is obviously not normal, and therefore it's inverse "We want to make an UNconquerable city" is normal, and is therefore adding no new information. I think you just want an extra-powerful sword for what you think is an innovative and original idea. Also, massive pissed-off-ness when you get killed with the megapowerful sword. Although it might be interesting to have a mod that makes any attack by a person do 50% extra damage, then, if the guy with the buff dies, to transfer the buff to whoever had the final blow.

No, I mean... there wouldn't actually be anything stopping you from going there, other than difficulty. For example, it's functionally impossible to access the main Undead city. You'd be butchered hundreds of blocks before you even see it. So, why not let people who are really nice and helpful to the admins /visit those regions, maybe like a Wandering Soul? Local and whisper chat would be turned off while they are there, of course, and they couldn't read books, so no metagaming would happen...

@brilegend If it is instituted, I expect it'll be things like "visiting the Undead/Aengul head city OOC" or something like that, that you couldn't possibly visit IC.

From what I can tell, community points are meant to reward people for helping and contributing to the server. If everyone gets these new areas, then the only ways to reward people who contribute is giving them Donator perks or giving them Minas, so I think the "restricted area" idea is pretty good, considering.

I think the real issue is, sand is not a renewable resource, whereas cobble is virtually inexhaustible and wood is completely inexhaustible. So I suggest the GMs create an area where sand and sandstone goes down, nearly to bedrock, and then regen the area once or twice a week. Make it the Orc's public mine.

First the guards had a passive Captain, then they had no funding, then they had funding but no base, then the competent new Captain left and appointed three new captains, and through all of this, a third of the guards had no idea what they were doing, and another third never showed up except to claim their money. Also, Captain Atriana, reporting for duty.

I understand that you've put a lot of work into this, but none of it is necessary. Aegis doesn't need another city, the mages don't need another mage tower independent of the Guild. It just seems unnecessary at the moment.

Wonderful, four more cities and another Mage tower, which won't be used because there's already a Mage Guild with Mage housing. And FOUR MORE CITIES. Please, no.
