(I go by Crusader_Vestex in-game.) __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Background Of Hero For thirty five long years, I, Andreas Vestex has been a Crusader of Aeriel in hope of vanquishing the evil that taints the world. " Long thou live peace, forever shall thee Ascended reign. " is but a quote, for the upcoming threat is too large for thee Ascended alone. The Undead have been terrorizing the world of Aegis, and it has been but a short time since such unbalance became. " I vow to remove of the taint of Iblees, forevermore shall there be peace! " he would yell, and only in the hearts of few did they know the Crusader would die in attempt. I marched up to he Fortress of hell, to only be thrown massive balls of fire, and lightning that struck like rain! In such turpitude, I flung one mighty arrow, hitting the Dreadlord dead in the eye. He hollered in pain, and came down to personally finish me off himself. He was obviously unsuspecting thee death, for I woke up two hours later, in the arms of a very kind Monk. My friends, however, weren't as fortunate. The only living crusader by me was Apollo, a nice young wood elf fellow who wasn't a very good fighter. Andreas knew the only way to release the taint of Iblees was to join the Ascended, so which he has done many good deeds to gain there attention, and so he did. Just this very day, I have prevented Brum, a previous Undead associate from robbing a rather Beautiful elven lady. We had a short fight of blades, but he was no match. The lady, however, ran away in the midst. It was a loss as it was a gain; I was hoping to give her some company. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Good Deeds Preventing the attacks of the Undead Andreas has one trustworthy member of the Undead, whom has not fallen to the taint of Iblees. He is, infact, an undead himself. Very much so recently, Andreas has not had contact with him. It may e unclear whenever or not he has completely turned, but in a very reliable time of need, i do believe he will come out of hiding. Honorable Citizen of Oren Because of his trustyworthy nature, Captain Vardak has elected him a Guardian of Oren. He is not a registered military fighter, for he works for none other than Aeriel. Vardak respects that, and thus he has privileges that others do not. Andreas takes his job seriously, and is not using this for his personal benifit. Respect for the Unfortunate Andreas owns a small Free Food stall outside Alkhazar, where he gives Bread, Soup, and other healing items to whomever is in need. On occasion, he gives out a delightful read to those who have not food, nor entertainment. The most common book he gives out is Fundaments of Alchemy. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Character Flaws As heroic and noble as Andreas Vestex may sound, he has the possible biggest flaw yet: A soft spot for women. He can barely control himself near them, always smooth talking to get thou beloved's attention. His only acception is age. The only experience where Andreas could control his emotion was where a Lovely young women came to him when Snowy fields was under attack. He forgot everything about himself, and led her to safety. Shortly afterwards, he woke up with the monks... __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hero’s Specialty Andreas is a very Intelligent man. He spends his final few hours every night reading a book, covering the pages left to right. This has been a tradition to him, following this route every day, every year, his entire life. He has became so good, that he can recall memorys like pages from a book, giving him a perfect Photographic memory. (OOC: This trait would be an OOC attribute, meaning I could take a SS to remember something In-Game if i forgot in real life.) This trait would not only make him a good scholar, but a fantastic warrior; He can easily remember a specific style about his enemies attacks, just in case he ever comes back into contact with them. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Rationale(I'm not going to lie, i had to Google this word to find out what it ment.) Andreas Vestex became a Hero and a Crusader for the sole purpose to rid the world of Iblees. He lived the life of a poor family, who couldn't afford much, so when the Undead took what little that was remained, that was the final straw. Forevermore, Andreas will aid the Ascended in his last breath to rid Iblees' Taint. Unfortunate for him, though, he is no member of the Ascended and thus is weak in comparison. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How do you determine right from wrong Righteous acts should nearly always involve helping somebody rather than yourself. Should the act be as gaining power to rid evil, that would be right as well. An act of wrong isn't necessarily evil, but it is very selfish. Andreas himself is wrong when he flirts with every single or married woman alive. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Cephalus defines ‘justice’ as speaking the truth and paying one's debts.
