  1. Ug brudders (and Urara :P)! We are orcs right? Right, and why don't we act a bit more like them!

    My proposition:

We need to hold more RP battles of course and who better than the dwarves?!?!?!? They are our mortal enemies! Our doctor evil! We should be fighting them everyday! We HATE dwarves! It would make for great RP! So my idea is this:

    WAR BREAKS OUT!!!

(Insert name of important Dwarf/Orc here) HAS BEEN MURDERED BY (Insert name of Important Dwarf/Orc here)

So heres what happens. An important figure of the orcs/dwarfs gets killed by another important figure of dwarf/orc.

This sparks a series of brutal attacks on Orcish and Dwarven settlements in Aegis. For example; "The early morning light is beginning to shine across the desert, the orcs make final preperations readying for the coming attack. The sounds of Dwarven war cries can be heard in the distance and the King himself is going to join the fight. The Dwarves close in on Sanhar and the Elven allies of the Orcs fire their arrows into the dwarven ranks. Just as hope seems lost for the Dwarves their allies come flooding into Krugmar, the Humans of Oren."

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Basically this could start a HUGE war between the races with many battles between the races raging across Aegis ending in a climactic battle with an epic struggle for power that changes Aegis forever.

Honestly I think this is a great way to kick off the ever growing inter-racial conflict.

I hope you guys consider this and I am going to put a poll. If your in favor PLEASE VOTE.

  2. In the dark caverns near the ruins of Haven he slept. The soft glow of the fire kept him warm while he slept. He had been hunting it for nearly three months now and yet still nothing. He was searching for The Shadow Blade of Goliath. It was rumored to be in the dark caverns beneath the ruins of Haven. He was sent out from his hut by an angel to find it. He had read several chapters on the blade and found it was owned by Sage Arcadius. Soon he learned that he hid it in a temple under Haven. When he arrived across the White Road the fire still burned from when the Sages set the city ablaze. He began digging under the church of Haven and found that there was a strange passageway. Then he followed it. It seemed to go on and on forever. Losing track of time he wandered for nearly two months.

He was beginning to starve when he found it. It sat in a glistening temple at the edge of a cliff face. It sat in the temple with bounties of gold, diamond, and lapis. Soon he decided it was time to go back. He climbed out the temple to see the ruins. They were completely obliterated. An Undead raiding party attacked the ruins and destroyed them. Only the tree was left. He traveled to the tree and prayed under its canopy.

He entered the old UAC camp and came upon his grandfather, Sornof's, old sanctuary. Inside laid the axe of Martin Benedict. It was awarded to Sornof by Martin himself when the UAC began and he was named Master General. When Sornof knew he was dying he fled to the sanctuary and laid the axe on the golden floor and left it there to be found nearly a century later by his grandson. He left the sanctuary to head back onto the White Road. He was about half way down the White Road when suddenly an apparition of the Sages appeared around him. All six of them, including Arcadius. They stopped him and raised Goliath into the air. Then Arcadius spoke, "You have found thy blade young one. It was only to appear to the one worthy of it. I didn't suspect it to be the son of the traitor." He was too shaken to reply. "You have passed the Trials of The Blade and are now worthy of this sword. If you can defeat me."

Suddenly the other Sages disappeared and Arcadius grew to the size of one of the towers along the white road and became a shadowy demon. Goliath hovered in the air above him. The young warrior prepared his new axe and stared it in the eye. The beast struck first swiping at the place where he walked. The warrior jumped up and landed on the top of his hand. He ran on top of the beasts shoulder while slashing at its eyes. He climbed to the top of its head and jumped for Goliath. He barely grabbed it and fell down the beasts front. While falling he slashed down the beasts chest with Goliath. He landed on the ground and passed out.

Pok woke up in Kal'Urguan disoriented and in pain. He looked down at his legs to see them shattered almost up to his waist. He grimaced and looked around the room. He saw his new axe and Goliath. He relaxed a bit and saw an old friend enter the room.

"Good to see your alive old friend! We have much to talk about." Pok nods and glances over at Goliath and grins,

  3. As Pok is creeping through the sewers hunting for something her hears the word "Betrayer" and pops out of the sewers from near the Cross.

He quickly remembers that battle being told to him by his grandfather, Sornof. He quickly begins to record this in his journal and draws a tiny portrait of the man. He then pulls out his stave and casts a spell. It is a truth spell, taught to him by Elder Shaman Lex. He charmed it to be invisible and casted it at the orc. He was speaking the truth.

He walked away with a grin.

The next morning Pok would leave for his pilgrimage to rid himself of his demon.

  4. Well well well....Abeam FTW.....What who said that?

Also I'd be more than happy to help the Guild I helped build up so long ago when I RPed as Sornof. So I started a new guild but we can possibly work something out together. Maur, you and Abeam need to contact me and we can talk OOC about this because I don't want to see us die...EVER.

  5. The Age of Darkness (Time After Ascended)

It has been nearly a week since they abandoned us here in Aegis. The Ascended's Sages have dissolved to nothing. They left us here to die to the taint of Ibless. I have traveled far and wide in search of a great relic or something they left behind. I found nothing. I searched the ruins of Haven, scoured Aeriels Keep, and even looked in surrounding caves in the North. I could find nothing. I tried to contact good friends in the Ascended but none seemed alive. I searched the FoA camp and found nobody. Then I decided that my order would have to step up to the challenge of being a force of good in Aegis. Me and the other Proeliators came together and decided we must hold strong in these times and we would lurk in the shadows. Protecting the people. No more will a street robbery go unpunished. If you have a problem and your cities guards won't prosecute the thief, come to us we can help you. We will be a force to be feared in the Realm and we will be feared by the darkness! We will always help you in your fight for good and we promise you that the Hope in Aegis will once again rise, but in a new form, The Proeliator De Aegis. We don't fear the Undead and we will focus on more inner racial conflict an unite us together. Join us and be part of a higher order and a force for good.

Check us out here: Proeliator De Aegis

  6. People who hit other people's dog's shouldn't be allowed to make guilds, no matter how literate they are :P

"You came into Dawn's, and you keeck my dog."

I am not a dog puncher! *puts double peace sign above his body*

    Back on track now...

This is the lore from that thread:

    Tolta 17 of Malins, 1312

Mor'Gunt Vinnen, son of the great warrior and leader Sornof Vinnen, is banished from the FoA. He left in a great rage trying to contemplate what had just happened. Why had he been banished? Could he ever get back? What did he even do? Why did they think he was evil? He found himself in Al'Khazar, sleeping in a back alleyway full of mushrooms and small rodents. He had been very sick since about three days before the banishment. That's when he saw Tylos. He said he was heading to Talun with Throdo and that Mor'Gunt could come if he wanted to. When they arrived Mor'Gunt bought a large estate with a farm. Here he would spend his days, making small profit from the farm.

Kamees 24th of the Second Seed, 1313

He had locked himself away in the study of his home for nearly a week. Pok was crying in the bedroom somewhere over at the end of the hall, and Mor'Gunt was going crazy. He was working hard with secret associates to form the guild, his friends in the FoA would give him small pieces of intel daily through letters he got from his personnel courier Alexander. He mostly contacted Tylos and Renzbro in efforts to form the guild with two strong acquaintances at his side however, Renzbro would op out and Tylos would be missing for a long time. Soon Mor'Gunt was making trips to Al'khazar, selling his crops and buying diamond and iron. Sitting there he was trying to calculate how much in debt he was and how soon he could acquire more valuables for armor. He walked into Pok's room to see him playing with a wooden axe. He was proud to now have a son and would train him well.

Ahad 23 of The Deep Cold, 1314

Many thing had happened in the past year. Mor'Gunt found a valuable ally he made a strong business agreement with a trader and was poised to open recruitment within the next month. Then that fateful day came in Whisper Isles. He was meeting with some friends for some ales and food when Ar'Kelos stormed in demanding a body to sacrifice. Soon Mor'Gunt and Ar'Kelos were locked in battle that lasted nearly an hour. When it was all said and done Mor'Gunt lay there dead. Pok, his only son was there. He watched this happen than ran to Al'Khazar.

Kamess 19 Snows of Maiden, 1320

It had been six years since that day now, and Pok was fully trained. Wielding a diamond axe gifted to him by his adopted parents, Princess Aliciana and Ashkae Jago, he set out to form the guild his father so sought to begin. He met a lad named Ben who claimed to know his father and could help him begin the guild. Pok was going to Avenge his father at all costs no matter how hard it would be.

    Present Day

Pok watched as the enemies outpost burned to the ground. How dare they cross him. He was not going to stop, ever. He slew their leader and walked off, his men at his side. That night they would enjoy a plenty of ales and stews as they shared stories of the battle. Pok simply watched in satisfaction, his father would be proud.

((I was too lazy to re-write it...))

So basically we aren't going to be focused on fighting Undead because they are getting removed in LoC 2.0 and why kick a man while he is already down? Of course if they pose a threat to us then offensive action is taken towards them and they will be obliterated. I am looking to make this guild a bit more focused on Guild v. Guild, Town v. Guild conflict. That, to me, is a bit more fun than chasing Undead that can't really fight back. So I decided I am going to start contacting guild leaders and talk to them about Guild v. Guild wars (especially a certain one that I have a good lore behind the war already...). I also am not going to be making us a large base until the new continent because then it's just a waste of money. So I'll be providing weapons and armor as well as food as much as I can. I will have a SMALL place for us to do our work somewhere.

I am really just trying to create a fun experience for everybody and hope you join!

    We have cookies....

  8. Chrisdena Silverfeather, welcome ta the Followers o' Aeriel.

((Dr Lyle has been declined because that is a pretty strong powergaming biography. Bigwilly has been declined for now as well, Martin =/= Sage Arcadius.

Also, Sornof, the UAC = the FOA. The group is one and the same, there is no "reviving" the UAC as it IS the FOA. The UAC name is gone, we have been elevated to a greater name.))

I KNOW THAT. I mean if you were going to change your NAME back. Also Availer said officialy in the link that Tylos added that the Undead will be removed which means Ascended will be too (most likely).

  9. Hey Blaedr,

I was just wandering, whats going to happen when the Ascended are removed ((Assuming that since undead are you are too)) to the FoA?

Will they just be a super large guild with a ton of power? Maybe the Sages head it now? It makes you think....

Also! I'm making a new guild and ((IC)) am going to probably going to ask for an alliance ((You've been warned! Lol)).

Also, will there be a name change? Maybe back to the UAC? It's kinda amazing how we've boomed since then and it's hard to not be apart of it while being the leader for so long. whats even going to happen to Aeriel's Keep and Haven? So many questions!

Thanks for taking your busy time to read this :)

    Good luck with the transition!

Also PM me if you are going back to UAC because then I am coming back. No ifs, ands, or buts, I loved the UAC.

  10. Either way no matter what anybody says I wasn't trying to take away from this guild at all, actually I think it is a good idea. They are trying to start a war with a town that actually isn't Undead! Thats amazing and what I'm going for! Seriously this is one of the first groups I've seen NOT trying to chase around Undead everyday.

  11. we are more organized with a high chain of command....

we have protected land and more protected land in the buying

we have more troops then near all of them

We have more resources and trade contacts.

As much as I hate them there is one guild that has all this more than you, the FoA.

    ((I hate them IC btw))

Also I am starting a new guild that will really kinda be the first non-anti-undead group, I mean, we'll fight them, but I want to be more focused on racial conflict, guild V guild ((Hmm I.C. Vs My guild? (name TBA when unveiled!) )), and of course the occasional undead battles. I think guilds should be more focused on Guild Vs Guild wars and maybe large guilds influence government, for example: FoA makes a diplomatic alliance with the King of Oren, Then after a long time, FoA gets a say in all military actions of Oren because they are so influential. I have a high amount of confirmed members all ready and am getting ready for Badlands to release it ((I.E the Guild v. Guild conflict)) and then a Bigger base on the New continent because why east money and resources on the old world when a new world is coming soon. ((Probably a tiny base in the badlands just as an outpost))

The reason we haven't released yet is because me and the other higher ups are trying to make a good lore, good chain of command with creative ranks, Lots of supplies, money, and of course land.

I could've just made a post that was like "HEY JOIN OUR GUILD! YOU GET COOKIES!" ((which you do get upon joining [seriously its pretty funny] )) But we are taking our time to develop a truly in depth lore that will make being in our guild fun.

  12. Wall o' Honor:

Martin Benedict(Deceased), founder of the UAC, honorary Acolyte of the Ascended.

Sornof(Deceased), former Governor of the UAC and Colonel of the FOA.

The Wall o' Dishonor and Shame

Chris Ford (Dishonorably banished for Iblees worshippin', assault on a dwarven council member, threats ta the King, treason, betrayal)

Mor'Gunt (Dishonorably banished by Sage Arcadius for betrayal, disrespectin' the people and troops, and looking for a necromnicron, as well as other suspected villainous acts.)
