King Adrian of Balian heard the news during the ball at the Hand of Horen, immediately he lowered his bottle of Carrion Black handed to him by Mikhail, the King frowned his mood ruined, not long after departing with his daughter the Princess Sibyl from the party and returned back to Balian, he isolated himself, the man tired never having to expect such troubled news. He looked out from to the beach thinking of their first meets and the times they spoke. Afterwards pouring the bottle of Carrion Black onto the sands. Thankful they had met.

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Sintel’s Smogger, also known as tinkering, is through the creation of large scale machinery that operates simply, and is powered through the alchemical creation of Red Oil. Through the fuel known as Red Oil, the machine would move through kinetic strength and size. Through this you are able to create moving vehicles and auto-hammers in. But these creations can have no sentience like Animii.

Smoggers operate through a creation known as the Gear Stomach (Similar to Gear Heart). The Gear stomach would facilitate the distribution of Red Oil throughout the project the tinkerer is creating. A Gear Stomach would process Red Oil it would provide kinetic energy to power the Stomach and its appendages creating motion. Red Oil has its name because of the Redstone that is vaporized within the Stomach, which creates a byproduct of smog which harms the landscape it is exposed in, harming the environment and creating an atmosphere pollutants that could be detrimental to a descendants health. Through the use of Metal pipes, the creator must safely expel the exhaust from the area or risk the lives of those in the area of the exhaust.

Smoggers can be considered rather inefficient as Red Oil is constantly needed to create motion and the need increases the larger the creation is. A small Gear Stomach (two blocks) would need a litre of Red Oil for use for two ooc days. Each block added increases the amount of Red Oil necessary to power the Gear Stomach, added .5 a litre. If a Smoggers grows too large, it would require an MART application (Approval from ST) to create.

One would also need to be careful with the Gear Stomach in the vicinity of a Mage as the Void will cause disruptions within the processes of the Smoggers.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

[!] after gathering all the proper reagents needed for the prized substance known as Red Oil, the Monarch prepared his cauldron, first he filled the cauldron with water, filling it up half way, afterwards he gathered the powdered charcoal into a cup and placed it into the cauldron, taking a large stirring stick, he would ensure the base of the concoction is thoroughly mixed.

Afterwards, he’d grab a jar, one showing holding three units of connection, and three of life, pouring them into the cauldron. Slowly adding in all he needed, he would then reach for the next two. Putting in two units of growth and a single unit of strength. 

He knew he was half way there. Afterwards he continued to pour it in two units of Balance, and then three units of endurance. Two units of Grace and finally three units of order. And finally what gave the Red oil its esteemed name, sixteen units of Redstone. Stirring it up, it began to blend together. Creating what the Alchemist King had long sought, Red Oil.

The Monarch of Balian entered the workshop, blueprints under the arm of the man, adjusting his glasses, he’d then beckon his student forth, revealing to him large filtration system, above the drawn designs the name GEAR STOMACH was etched as a title. “Today my student, we shall learn how to construct that which will process all that Oil I’ve had you spend hours making.”

On the designs of the GEAR STOMACH, one would see pipes protruding out of a large frame, it would look akin to a furnace, with a clear glass to view the interior, “So, now that we know how to create the oil, we will learn how to utilize this Machinery. This is my usual design of a GEAR STOMACH, you could create it in any way as long as it adheres to the same principle as the process of Red oil and its distribution throughout the entire machine. As well as dealing with the byproduct of the Red Oil.”

“You need a frame,but before we seal it up, we need to ensure that there’s a proper place for a CORE, I would suggest a diamond since they are so plentiful in our Kingdom.” he’d then proceed to the practice frame, taking ahold of a large diamond, allowing the student to secure it in the center of the Stomach, being held up in the center. 

“Now we enclose it with ferrum panels.” He'd gesture to his student to seal up the Stomach, but the panels held openings, as if to place tubes in. “These openings will be used for the pipes to distribute the Red Oil throughout the Machine and ensure motion.”

Afterwards, he’d offer many ferrum pipes, and fasteners for the student to utilize, watching closely, “Place them in and make sure they’re in properly, they cannot fall out, lest the machine fail.” afterwards the King offered him a wrench, allowing him to properly secure the metal pipings onto the GEAR STOMACH.

After all the pipings were secured, he’d gesture to the top of the Stomach, one last opening remained, “Now this won’t be to distribute the Red Oil, but to refill it.” He'd then offer him a cap that would be able to screw onto the opening, “Screw this on and you’ll be finished with the Stomach.” as the Student screwed it on, he would take a can

I will heavily reprimand them for breaking the rules, and attempt to correct their behavior, should they not clean up their act. I will report them to the ST, and advocate for their app to be removed.

The King of Balian looked over the missive, as the rich resources of copper were mined from the lands of his Kingdom, thinking of profit and how to best assist his friends.

The King of Balian looked upon the document released by the Censor of Balian, widening his eyes, slowly immersing himself in the knowledge released. A smile coming across his face, seeking to procure a set of Tomasi cards.

The King of Balian would prepare his finest attire for the Luau, ready to support his daughter and Governess in this upcoming day of great festivities.
