    The firstborn of the twins is male, dark brown of hair and with the brown eyes as befitting of his Rhenyari lineage. He, like his sisters and mother, shares the Rhenyari complexion. The last born of the twins, born forty two minutes after, has dark brown hair and blue eyes. What magic(s) will you be teaching?

         Alchemy

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Alchemy is the understanding and usage of the Material alphabet. Using the knowledge hidden in the world through exploiting the regents spread out in the world. It’s spread amongst three categories; Signs and Symbols which make up the Material alphabet, with the Signs being Aether, Fire, Earth, Water and Air each of which represents the elements of the world. And tied to them are symbols which can be extracted from the respective sign through different processes of extraction and how to properly mix and create the signs into whatever the alchemist desires to create.
 

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

There are three subsections of Alchemy; Core Alchemy which is known to the general public is where all alchemists start their path under their teachers, this serves as a stepping stone into the alchemy. 

Another subsect of alchemy is Rare Alchemy, potions that are not readily identifiable unless they’ve been taught in role play to the Alchemist. In this category can be Infernal alchemy, and black Alchemy whose secrets are kept closely guarded. These do not require an FA to utilize. 

And finally there are the alchemy subsects that require an FA, Sintel’s Smoggers, Animatii, and Tawkins which require a teacher with a TA to even obtain the knowledge.

Fire Extraction

Adrian arrived with a basket of freshly collected Drakes tail, he arrived at his laboratory, walking over to a grill, starting a low flame, he began to slowly roast the drakes tail. Waiting some time until it became stiff and dry. 

Once it had become brittle and dry, he used a pair of tweezers to pull the Drakes tail from the grill and placed it onto his mortar, and retrieved the pestle from his cabinet. Afterwards he began to crush the dried drakes tail into a nice and thin dust. 

Afterwards he lit a match, going to bring it to the mortar, lighting it aflame until only ashes remained. Afterwards he retrieved his tweezers. Extracting

“Today we will be learning how to blind our enemies!” exclaimed the King, going to gesture to the student to follow him to his laboratory, a grin on the face of the man, gesturing to them to follow. He sat a jar, and a glass bottle on the counter, “For this we’ll need to acquire 2x light, 1x Chaos and 1x death!” 

Afterwards, he gestured to lab equipment he had a pair of tweezers, a sieve, a mortar and pestle and several jars as well as a knife, “Now I’m going to run you through on how to create it. And then you’ll show me how much you actually listened!”

“So to start off we’ll be using the mundane method to extract the signs from this!” he’d state, pulling out from his bag, a herb of Saffvil and xx herb for this project!” he’d exclaim, rubbing his hands together, “Now for the Mundane method, we need to, as my old teacher used to say, Chop, crush, soak, sieve, heat and sort.” he’d state.

“Now begin!”

The Student would take hold of the Saffvil, placing it onto a cutlery board, chopping up the Saffvil into thin pieces. Hadrian observed silently, nodding in a satisfied manner, then gestured his student to the mortar and pestle, where he observed the youth slide the Chopped Saffvil into the mortar, where they would take the pestle and they began to crush it until all that remained was a paste. 

He then gestured to a barrel filled with the reagent known as Aqua vitae, as he watched silently, they would fill the mortar with the substance, allowing the paste to soak thoroughly. After some time soaking, they would grab a sieve. And they began to strain the paste through the sieve into a glass bottle. 

Next he gestured to a pair of tweezers, the student upon taking ahold of the bottle by its neck, they held it over the flame, heating up the materials until only a powder remained. Afterwards they used the tweezers sorting the symbols acquired from the Saffvil, but they only took what was required, 1x Chaos, and 1x death, sorting them into their respective jars. 

Now I have a jar which was labeled (2x) Light here for you, to make it easier.

“Now taking a hold of the Mundane: Chaos and Mundane Death, we’re going to put them into a vial together. Afterwards you’re going to soak the Light symbol in water and pour it in. Afterwards if you wish to add a personal thing to it, give it your own flair, add a bit of dye of your choice.”

Afterwards the Student took ahold of the vial that carried the Mundane Chaos and Mundane death, and grabbed a funnel pouring in slowly the liquified light symbol, allowing the products to soak, afterwards the student to add a bit of flair added a black ink sack, to create a black flash powder. 

Afterwards the student presented it to the King, awaiting his mentor's Evaluation, which he got from an approving nod.
 

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

For the first time I'll speak with them about the powergaming and attempt to correct their behavior. If they continue to do it and refuse to adhere to the rules, I'll just message them "**** around and find out." after which I'll drop them from my TA and inform the ST of their unwillingness to follow the rules.

The capital city of Atrus has fallen. There is no doubt to its demise for its people have witnessed the destruction the sandstorm and the worm has caused upon our beloved city. Amid the destruction, many lives were lost. We pray to GOD that the ones whom we lost are guided safely to the seven skies. 

One of the most heartbreaking of the losses is the disappearance of Her Royal Highness, Persephone Maxima Novellen-Vilac. The Crown prays she has survived the sandstorm. The Kingdom has dispatched a search party to look for the Princess amid the ruins of Atrus. We pray to GOD that she is found safe and sound. 

Remember, our dearest citizens, during these times of great uncertainty, the Kingdom of Balian shall continue to persevere. 
We the people of Balian shall remain united and in solidarity as we continue to resist the onslaught of the Mori’Quessir. Do not falter in your hope that one day we may see the sun rise again over this great nation. 

To the survivors and those that remain. Seek refuge in the ruins of Savoy. His Royal Majesty, Adrian I and his Duana have set up food, aid, and shelter east of the palace for all who need it. There, we shall make our stand against the evils of the Mori’Quessir. Search parties and guides shall be sent continuously to the ruins of Atrus, for no Balianese citizen gets left behind. After many years of service as Constable of Balian, the Crown has seen fit to accept the retirement of the aged Count of Salia from his position in leadership, he will continue to serve in the Company of Balian in a minor position and under his recommendation the Crown elevates and accepts with the approval of the Amiratus to the position one; Dante DeNurem. @Maur

He will take over all responsibilities administratively for the Company of Balian, charged with leading them now as their Lord Commander, and granting them the position of Constable within the Duana, serving as the Commander of all military forces within the Kingdom of Balian. It is hopefully that he will bring about change and elevate the Armed forces of Balian further to establish a proper and professional military force.

The Constable of Balian, His Lordship, Peter Benedict d’Arkent sees fit to name Hemlock Gotwa to the position of Chief of the General Staff - The Chief of the General Staff of Balian is to manage the day to day operations of the General staff, ensuring that their subordinates are tasked. For one to ascend to the rank Chief of Staff, they must hold military rank. 

It is with great hope that the Constable sees the Good Hemlock empowered and granted the opportunity to show his worth in the War Office
