Orcs, an absolutely rude race.

They found out were our city was on an unknown way, this made things worse becuase for an unkown reason they started to raid us, kill our Dwarves and they had totally no reason for atleast for as much as I know. Now the day we are taking them back, we declare war on them, get allies. We used to have no allies but the Orcs forced us, they made sure they got Alras and Hanseti on their side and they just keep raiding us with the help of those other Nations and ofcourse many settlements. Still no reason, so as said this forced us to make allies and when we contacted Salvus we heard Salvus was getting raided by the Orcs aswell, we allied with them and I gave Dawn my word, my Dwarven word which shall not be broken by me. This is forcing all to choose sides and I cannot help it, I blame every single problem that caused this war on the Orcs

I recognize you from Trade forums, You helped a lot of people and had a lot enjoyable RP posts, I only know you from there but that was a long time ago though. I do think you fit as you have a Good amount of posts and post frequently.

I have had many interactions with King Broski and this seems something that he would not do. He is a respectful man and I do not see why you would want to start more blood shed upon people that are helping the world of Asulon. Please, why do you do this?

Everything was fine until the Orcs discovered us (RPly *winks), this blew a lot. Reasoning of the Orcs raiding us is yet unknown but I can assure you Hiebe, Never they will conquer the City. Ever.

Enismor (a town) is deciding where it stands in this war. We have an alliance with the high elves, but are deciding if it is necessary to involve ourselves in this matter with Salvus.

I am unsure about the High Elves, we have requested aid from them before already. Now the time has come for them to decide whether they aid us and our Allies, or leave us to our destiny, I am unsure whether they already made up their mind.

The dwarf finished his rant, which only a few could've deciphered as being the declaration of war that Sherlocks, now once, friend had offered to the two nations Sherlock held closest to his heart. With a large sweep from the back of his gauntlet, the Dwarf swung against the cavern wall, the mug splashed onto the floor, as Sherlock cursed at the doors to the city he had never wished to see destroyed.

You know how Dwarves are, Alrasians are not like that because they are actually a unique race which similar to Humans but with a tint Dwarf, this has reformed many either Humans or Dwarves but also others, it is a mix and once you leave the true Dwarf it is hard to return, I have hoped I could have brought that true Dwarf back up in you, friend, but it seems as things went different.

"I was brought into the war by Hanseti, Renatus, and the Orcs... I did not 'av anything to do with leading this movement, if ye wish to once again cause more pointless bloodshed then we shall engage in warfare; I do wish for your true motives to be released to the public before more innocents die though, that is all I ask. If you were brought into this war, you can get out of it. I am not fighting against you, I fight against the Orcs, and the Orcs solely but Salvus has gotten my word of aid, defense, so they will give aid and defense. I will not fight against you, but I will if you join the Orcs or the oposition who is against Salvus.

After much deliberation, the Dwarven nation has decided that they must intervene to defend their allies from the warmongering nations of Hanseti and Alras. They choose to invade our ally, Salvus, only for their own gain, ignoring the facts that are before them. They hide under the guise that Queen Dawn is a witch and that the citizens of Salvus want her gone when in fact, the man named Lorethos has distorted their view and shown only that he is a liar.

I myself have spoken with Queen Dawn and I know that many Dwarves found refuge in Salvus, in times of need, including our own former Grand Councilor, Valen Blackaxe. The claims that the nation is corrupt, are simply lies. Dwarves have spoken with the citizens who reside in Salvus and none have offered complaints, to the extent that it is claimed and I have yet to see a man or woman living in Salvus who actually supports this invasion! Alras, a nation built upon greed tries to claim that they are a nation who fights to free Salvus from oppression and as I walk into Solace, I see none. It is clear to me now that the claims are simply lies and that something must be done to stop these lies from having innocent people killed. When did the nations of Asulon intervene to prevent the Orcs from slaughtering my people?! When did anybody make a stand?! If my father, Thorik were alive to have seen the corruption that now plagues itself across the nations of Asulon, he would be truly disgusted!

Therefore, I hereby announce a declaration of war upon the nations of Hanseti and Alras, who both choose to invade our ally. Dwarves, hold your axes with pride for if we are to fall, we will at least die knowing that we were one of the few nations to stand up against the tyranny of corruption. I wish you all luck in the coming battles and can only hope that we, as a nation, can make it through this, alive. If any town or group wishes to support us, I ask you to come to our aid and that of Salvus. High Elves, as we have shared good relations recently, an appeal goes out to you in particular to assist us.

Simply Apologising will not help, but I have received a message from all, that you are mostly against this. This will not help the Dwarves but my reasoning behind declaring war on Alras and Hanseti is the Orcs, they have plagarised us for a long time now and we wanted to attack them, but by attacking them we would have to attack their allies my thought was, I was wrong, I admit.

*Grand King Broski Braveaxe walks into Renatus, accompanied by a large group of Dwarven Legionnaires. As a crowd gathers around him, he begins to speak.*

"Humans of Renatus, I come here with a final appeal for support. Long ago, there was an alliance between the Dwarves of Kal'Urguan and the Humans of Oren. Through all the struggles we faced, it was together that we fought, in the siege of Kal'Urguan, the siege of Galahar and then the counter attack on the sands of Krugmar. Through all the blood shed and the families torn apart by the war that took place, we stood by the humans in their time of need and defended the Phoenix rebellion from a slaughter by the Orcs, in Galahar and you did the same for us when the Orcs, in their bloodthirst, sieged Kal'Urguan.

However, many humans felt betrayed when the Dwarves chose to attack them at Das Boot, which is understandable... However, the assault was only meant as a warning and we fully opposed any further attacks on Renatian land, even going as far as to offer our defence to you in the event of an invasion by Hanseti and Krugmar. Although the attack never came, we have always remembered that it was the humans who came to our defence in Aegis and we do not wish to spill the blood of those who we would have once fought alongside, to the death. In this coming assault on Salvus, I have no wish to fight against any of you so I ask you all to remember what this nation was built upon, what you all fought for... We all know that the Orcs will stop at nothing... They invade our homelands and those of the Salvians and I'm sure they would be perfectly willing to do the same to Renatus in the future. If they are to ever be stopped, the Humans MUST unite once again and fight alongside the Dwarves to drive the Orcs back into the North.

The Dwarves WILL march to defend Salvus, I only hope that there are still those who reside in Renatus who remember the days of the old Dwarf - Human alliance and still wish to uphold it. This is appeal to you all... Attacking Salvus will only end in the weakening of those who are still capable of opposing the Orcs and if you do not come to understand this, hope will be lost for us all... Just think of what would come if both Salvus and the Dwarves were to fall... You would be bowing down to the Orcish Rex in no time."

I am hating... No more real life talk with your online friends. Can't easily talk about ooc stuff. Just typing 24/7 can be a little frustrating. But then i guess there is the point where increased RP and such but idk honestly I don't see how this effects noobs. It's not like you don't see RP in the dwarven kingdom outside of TS. If your a noob, you could easily, I mean EASILY ask someone a question or of the sorts. Locking down the TS channels are completely unnecessary imo. How will this help anything but increase frustration? Increasing RP isn't needed, because there is already RP going on around the city!

As said, I will still have a channel and so does Charles, we can just drag certain people but if we notice RP **** we just kick you and you can go do that at your own channel. There is bearly RP going on. People jump around and OOC talk to go where. You can just ask Battleme or whoever OOCly something like Come on TS and join my chat. Everyone is able to create temporily chats.

This is stupid, I dont like using TS to meta and all that either but if you dont want to have it be used like that don't acknowledge them on TS if they ask you something over TS say I am not listening if you need something ask me in RP. So many people enjoy chatting about other things not related to LotC and chatting about events that have occurred to them in LotC. Its not fair to just take away our nations chat and it won't stop people anyways they can just make a new channel, any TS user can. Also you say it will stop people leaving because of OOC arguments but like what Longbeard said they will have more opportunities to talk to other nations and will be more likely to join for something like that. Charles said this is only for 1 day and if that is the case what the hell is the point. Everyone will still get in contact and you are just pissing off a lot of people.

I will still be on TS and you can just poke me if you want to enter but we won't have the huge public chats like Alras and the Orcs have, they do what we do. But I used to RP and not talk on TS, I had fun. Things such as Kingship is becoming a job to me. People whine about things a lot OOCly but IC it is fine. We will look for a day or so how things go, but if you decide to never return to us Battleme, it is clear that your not in it for the RP, but for the OOC chatting. People can go make chats and talk, I'm fine with it.

I haven't heard back from him. If he has no plans for it/is going to let it die, then I'd like to take it over. That's assuming no one else wants to, though.

There have reasons causing certain people to leave, the reason for this was either some Dwarves being bothered by others OOCly on Teamspeak, this angered me and it is unfiar to have this influence the gameplay of our Dwarves. From me, and Charles_Grimlie (Kjell) and TEEbrown (Bazian). You have our deepest apology and even though you might all not be coming back, we still want to full-heartedly apologise to all of you so that you all do not think of Dwarves like an egoïstic Nation or Race.

We are aware who does, and who doesn't like these orcs. We -attempt- to make Alliances with all Elves sorts.

I would say Starbreaker for the sake of having more Smiths. Our Forgelord is leaving so we need more people running for the job as the Kingdom will be mass smithing, we are going to build huge structures that we are planning on now. Be original with your character though
