The definition of screwing over in this context is. Everyone has access to terrifyingly powerful magics now, with no regulation to make them learn what the hell they are attempting. I believe the only problem with the magic system was the mages hoarding magic and not being willing to teach those who have the ability to understand its gravity in RP.
