Not many GM applicants go for player retention or at least succeed at it, and he's usually level headed. Kind've in between, but his behavior in my past interactions with him hasn't been negative. Don't see why you shouldn't give him a shot in that sense, and since he has a large amount of experience with media he could help direct more media related activities in lotc. I don't think he should specify on working on a "Dwarven showcase" however, and that his duties as a GM should be applicable to the entire server as having merely mentioned the fact that something from his community is missing somewhat becomes detrimental for his case for the position. His weakness being overcome should be what most GM's do regardless of their ruling, as asking other team members for confirmation that what you did was right is one of the qualities of a good GM and can keep your decisions in the right direction for the benefit of the server, and what I did with all of my bans regardless of circumstance.

If the problem persists after trying to downgrade, it is most likely an incompatibility error with windows 10, a missing java update or a graphics display driver malfunction. Try restoring to a previous save on your computer and updating your java. If that doesn't work, then it's your graphics display driver most likely.

To be fair, he did a bad job as a trial as well. You had good qualities as a GM, but any hint of that was overshadowed by the previously stated reasons and other things you did whilst on the team.

Hardest working MAT we have. His work ethic speaks for itself, and his maturity has gotten better as well.

I had few issues with him while he was an FM, and he did his work dutifully. What few mistakes he had I can he learned from, besides being the chick from starbucks.
