Brutus kneels down alongside his brothers. "I, Brutus, pledge to partake in a crusade of knowledge. I shall venture forth through the lands of Asulon, through cities and wilds alike, to discover a piece of glory worthy of the Realm - whether it be a relic of old or the experience of the journey itself. Immediately upon returning to Konigsburg and hearing the news of Gaius's death, Brutus lowered his gaze to the ground and slowly began to weep for his leader. "It has been decades since that day when I vowed to join your cause, and many battles have I fought by your side. Through brutal war and intense strife you remained a leader of unsurpassed merit. Never shall we forget you, brother." Under his breath and with bitter tears streaming from his eyes, he began to hum a solemn hymn for the Hochmeister. He would grieve, alone, and spend some time in grave thought.

I do enjoy Minecraft quite a bit, largely because of its use as a creative outlet. -How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I usually have a fair amount of free time, so I can be on as much as is needed of me. -How long have you played minecraft?: I bought it in September last year and have played it more than any other game since then. I’ve been told that most of my creations are quite good, though I’ll admit that I’ve seen things much better than what I’ve done. -What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I haven’t actually roleplayed on a game before, but I spent around two years roleplaying in various text-based forum RPs with a group of people. I even made my own once. It has been awhile, but I remember all of the important aspects. -What do you expect this server will be like?: A mix between those forum RPs, Minecraft, and an online RPG. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I’ve only truly played on one server: my own. I still run it, build interesting structures on it, and plan to use many of the structures in an adventure map, but it isn’t as active as it used to be. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? One of my problems with big online games is the amount of spam that constantly fills my screen. Thank you for this. -What was your least favourite Law?: Not being able to return to battle for 30 minutes after death during a war is a very steep consequence. BrutusBane In-Character: -Character Name: Brutus -What is your Race?: Human -Biography: Born into a relatively successful and skilled family - his father a renowned swordsman and his mother a seeker of knowledge with an affinity for archery – Brutus received well-rounded training and education in his early life. Up until the age of seven, his family lived in a fairly large village, with his father performing lawful mercenary work and taking the boy as his apprentice and his mother properly raising and teaching him. Unfortunately, his father unknowingly made some important enemies in some of his jobs, who managed to drive his family out of the village through their connections in the local hierarchies. The family moved far from the village and into the wilderness, built a small wooden house, and proceeded to learn how to be self-sufficient. Soon after this, Brutus’s parents began teaching him more about survival – archery, swordsmanship, hunting, farming, gathering resources, forging, etc. – in addition to his mother’s teaching. By the age of 13, both he and his parents believed him to be strong enough to live on his own. So, he left them with little more than his clothes and a sword he made himself, and began to live his own life as a wandering swordsman. He returned periodically to visit his parents in the following years, but eventually found their house abandoned. He has not seen them since. On his travels, he continued to hone a variety of skills necessary for survival, in addition to some others he taught himself merely for the enjoyment of it. He wandered, he hunted, he farmed, he mined, he crafted, he cooked, he fought, he taught, and he helped; and he continues this lifestyle today. -Character Age: 26 -Character Appearance: Brutus is about six feet tall, with medium length brown hair, brown eyes, and clothes that have become worn and gray. Part of the clothes comes up and covers the lower section of his head, so that the only facial expression anyone can see usually comes through his eyes. -Character Personality: He is a quiet person who usually keeps to himself, but is not anti-social. He is kind and fairly knowledgeable, and is not overly trusting or suspicious. -Your ambitions: He wishes to complete a variety of jobs to further his abilities as a self-sufficient and masterful jack-of-all-trades. -Can your character read or write?: Yes, both; his mother taught him. -Can your character mine?: Yes, he knows the basics from his parents and his own experience. -Are you a capable builder?
