1. Initiation Ceremony needs to be done, but may have to be delayed until further notice. 2. If/When the fort gets accepted I'm in charge of the build team, being one of the people that designed it. 3. We need more organisation, a place to stay while our main base is constructed. We also need some resource gatherers and some more applicants for materialistic jobs. More active recruiting, and just some general IG RP. We could take control of a small town, and reap the benefits until our base is made, for example. 4. Alright :D. 5. And slaves are going to be acquired through raiding and such, but I don't see a problem in recruiting a few xD.

Become a hunter for the Wolf Pack, or a blacksmith, or anything that catches your fancy. We distribute raid profits out throughout the guild and you'l make a hefty bit of minas.
