Druidic shapeshifting and Shamanism's Kurak blessing are both similar but neither are full blown werewolves like this.

Dak'ir awoke in a cold sweat. The heavy head of his companion snapped up from his lap as Dak'ir stirred, quickly the Ker wolf scanned the room as the withered 'Ker collected himself. Was he finally losing his mind? Or did the words ring true? There was only one way he could decide for sure...

Many dark elves are noted to be living in Starguzh’Storh, when now of them died honorably. Also, the realm was created by Krug, who deemed the uruks to be the most honorable, who were dealt the greatest curse from Iblees. Krug created a realm so he could be with his brothers and sisters in the afterlife, after battle they could rest with their families at night. This realm was not made to be polluted by dark elves who are known for parties, or spying.

Do not force Dark Elves into the Spirit Realm. Hellfiaz pushed his agenda which did no aid to the uruks, he did it for himself. The Dark Elves have no place in the Ancestral Plane and would have been banished by Krug, who still has the powers of Shamanism post death. Remove the Dark Elves from the Ancestral Plane if they have no honorable death to them. Suicide, death by alcohol, isn’t an honorable cause. And it would take one hell of a death for a Elf to land in Stargozh’Storh.

 

Dark elves are not forced into the Ancestral Plane, the only ones who we've rp'd as passing on are the ones who follow the ancestral faith that's been built over literal years of rp. Retconning that lore would wipe tons of rp and character progression. 

Meant to reply to this a while ago. Helix is someone I've put a lot of faith into in the past and still do today. He's responsible, cool headed, and never picks a side when it comes to decisions. He calls it for what it is and he'd be fantastic to have back on the team.

The weary dark elf questions. "Are the non-uruk shaman of the Angathgûl welcome within the new city?"

I'm not worried about his sleep, crazy fu*ker has been at it for years. Sky is a zero bullsh*t kind of person he'll tell it like it is and do the **** he says he's going to do. He's upfront and honest about his intentions and doesn't hide behind the 'you don't need to know' barrier. He was a fantastic gm then and he'll be one now.
