I really did like this application a lot, and I'm very sad to deny it on such a technicality, but: About 35 years ago, the old world (Aegis) was destroyed, and all the (lucky) residents fled to Asulon. Elandriel is built in Asulon, and as such, your character couldn't have lived in it for more than 35 years. Don't be discouraged, I give you full permission to reapply after 2 hours, once you fix that issue. Oh, and just in case you're wondering, the name of the biggest Elven city in Aegis was "Laurelin" (in case you want to include it in your biography). You may also want to know, that all Elves mature at the same rate as human, but of course a 70-year-old-elf would still be considered immature relative to the rest of his/her species. Also, your definition of metagaming is wrong, and Mass Effect and the Fallout games, although (arguably) good, are not role-playing games similar to our server.
