    EmeraldStag is putting his hoof down! Not many may know this, but He is overweight and getting bigger. He has deided that it was high time he started loseing weight. He is going to be cutting back on his fatty food consumption and is only going to drink water! He will also try to get out of the house more, so expect to not see him as ofter on here.

      Way to be man! The only thing I have to say is don't walk for excersize. The human body gains nothing from it. Run short distances and gradually run for longer periods.
