2. Mennarra was removed for spawning things in.
Fact is sugarpea, he was removed for just such an act, much like Merrymoogle (our most recent case) and furthermore Mennarra has himself admitted to difficulties with processing some situations, I need not specify but a lot of these situations would have something to do with managing the team. Not a good start.
I'll just leave this here, even an admin says he stepped down, not removed for spawning, so, to quote you. let me give you a little something to put in your pipe and smoke. ;)
Menarra was never removed from the GM team, and definitely not for spawning things in. He stepped down because of a staff member he did not get along with that was on the team at the time.

Don't agree with this, and for those saying about the abuse thing, I believe I remember the instance where it ocurred. In the Dwarf vs Orc war in Anthos, during the battle for the Ugluk Fort(Later to be known as Storm's Crossing). You spawned in a good amount of potions, different ones and more powerful ones than we(Dwarven Legion) asked for(If I remember correctly you spawned in invis pots, damage 2 splash, and one other. at least 9 of each of these). You then spawned in invis potions(and more? can't say for certain here) for yourself and used them during the battle.
I think there were a few better choices to bring onto the team for the position of Lore admin.
Nope, totally wrong. he didn't spawn potions in, as i remember the dwarves brought the potions and when they died they died near him autolooting to his inventory, i was by him in the whole thing, i even saw the potions drop from the dwarves.

Considering half of you have even stated you don't know him or have never seen him around, why not give him a chance instead of aiming hate right at him, since you know, he has done nothing to you, so lets all calm down, no need for this to be honest.

I'm not jumping the gun, Mog did indeed remove him for spawning things in. And you may know his writings but there is nothing on the forums that proves he can write lore good enough for the server. But you have your opinion and I have mine.
Removed by mog? i think someone has been telling you pokey-pies, I know menerra as a good friend, hell, even flew down to visit him and his wife. good people. I know hands down that at the time menarra stepped down from the position, no ifs or buts about it, not to seem aggressive but someone has told you a lie, or bent the truth.

This, and not to mention out of all the people you could have picked for this position out of both the GM team and LM you pick one of the least active people. With him being added it also not help the fact of the admin team just being a group of friends(Other then Cappy, Cappy is okay). He was added to the LM team two weeks ago not to mention he is friends with both Risty and Ura for a very long time and was removed from the GM team for spawning things in. As well I have not seen any lore come out of this person in my time on this server, as a GM he does not do much but sit in gray haven and sometimes answer modreqs when they are on. Why couldn't you give this position to someone who will actually help the server instead of just "Eh, maybe this will work" Once I see some actual work come out of this person I might be okay with the fact that they were given this position instead of other way more capable people. Then again my opinion doesn't really matter and I'm just a random ET.
Think you may be a little wrong there, I'll just point out He wasn't removed for spawning things in, he stepped down on his own accord, so lets not jump the gun, plus, i know his writing, i know hands down he's good for this position, but that's my opinion.

Server-side would go from dealing with modreq's to helping set-up and assist with events, assisting players in game and not being biased to a certain set of people. Forum side would run from dealing with ban reports to assisting players with forum wide questions. For me to fit in I would try to spread my duties between both sides and also speaking with other staff members in server-wide decisions and discussions, assisting players would be my main focus, helping in anyway possible.Why are you applying to be a GM?:About a year before I joined LOTC I myself along with a few others were ((their versions of)) GM's of a fallout role-play server that helped introduce new people to the server, unfortunately this server closed down a long time ago but my duty was to give the new players a scenario which would shape what their character was to become, from a bandit to a starving man on the road we would allow them to role-play around these scenarios and at the end gain some starting equipment no matter what the outcome was. It was interesting to see how players reacted to this and I believe this experience would help me in assisting the new players that come to the server, I see this as little experience being in a GM's position but little is better than none and if given the chance my knowledge and experience will increase with this role.I tried applying a few years ago, but even then I didn't think I was fully ready for the position, I've always tried my best to help others if I was come to with questions and I understand how hard it can be for new players to approach someone with questions as it was hard for me to do the same when I joined. I have known her for a few years now, i believe she would make a perfect GM for many reasons, she is a good observer, she takes in what you say and helps in anyway she can, if an argument or drama starts to occur she can easily calm both sides down and is not afraid to tell a friend when they are in the wrong, she is not bias. She has been a good friend and always listens and helps in anyway possible, she would do perfectly if given the role.

Hmm, i have to say this is starting to go slightly down hill, i feel the community no longer has a say in things lately and i feel as if its turning into a dictatorship of some sort, many people are not happy as they say in this thread alone. I've seen younger people do allot worse then emoting ripping someones heart out or going into detail about torture. And i thought Brothel and prostitution was common in these ages, i'm not saying i support the use of them but its RP and its the time period. If someone gets themselves into trouble from detailed RP or sexual RP then its their own fault. That's just my opinion on it, Good day.

Description: The NightShadow was designed to transport and carry Passengers and cargo, it was never created for battle and therefor may be weak against other attacking ships, but with a little time and elbow grease it can be fitted with cannons that fix onto each side of the deck for Maximum firepower. The ship has a Crew Qauters and Civilian Qauters for if the vessel is carrying any passangers, it also holds cannon parts and ammunition in the Crew qauters for quick set up.

Ah Braxis, an old friend of mine, i find he is a brilliant person and an excellent Rp'er. He would make a very good GM, from what i remember he is very mature and listens to peoples thoughts and idea's. He is a great leader and i think he would make a great addition to the GM team, Good luck Braxis, i wish you the best.

As the sun shune bright above Skravia the towns people walked calmly through the streets. Barry stood below the church smiling at the view, talking with his wife and friends. The air went cold, clouds formed in the sky. They turn to see a figure fly past the clouds, horror and fear run through their minds.
Barry draws his blade and yells to the dragon "Come here, you flying obimination!" he sprints to the church and begins to climb the ladder "Sir...what should i do..." mattias speaks "Barry leans back "Break the ladder..." he says shakely, mattias nods and rips the ladder down as Barry stands above the church. The dragon flies above waiting for the right time to land, Barry grips his blade tighter "Come down and fight me on the land... not the SKY!!" he yells gripping his blade ever so tighter.
The dragon lands on the church ripping chunks of the roof off with it, Barry steps back shaking almost losing his footing. He lunges forwards and slashes at the dragons wing but misses and stumbles, the dragon swings around hitting Barry with its tail knocking him to the side making him drop his sword off the roof. "Aergh! NO!" he screams flipping over, he quikcly searches his robes and pulls out a throwing knife and throws it towards the dragon, the dragon roars in pain as it enters its eye. He stands up and searches himself for a weapon "No....i.." he looks up at the dragon as it screatches and breaths fire all over him "AERGGHHH!" he screams in pain.
The dragon flies away roaring, the towns people search for Barry thinking his body could have fallen into the church, all that was amongst the rubble was his staff and his pendent. Some think he was burnt to ashes, others think he got away.

Please, why would you shut down the boat in this case for just one man. Secondly why specifically at this time when you had all the freedom and liberty to do it before.
We unanchored it a few days ago, and then trouble came again so we decided it would be best to shut it down again because everyone within to city is annoyed because we spend a large amount of time dealing with bandits and have no other time for our own Rp, the only thing we do is try to solve bandits and kidnappers, trust me i've been with skravia since the beginning and since that boat was set up its been nothing but constant trouble, i think to people within the city can actually agree on some level.

Actually no meta involed, maybe if you was pointlesly attacked 5 times a day you would understand shutting the boat down actually works, well... unless a few of of them have soulstones set within the city that is...

You know, i'm not bothered about VA/MA stuff, not that much really. i'm not bothered that the staff need time to deal with this. The thing that i am bothered with and the thing that i am well and truly disgusted with is the community, i have observed for the past 2 days and instead of discussing things like normal, civilized human beings, you all ((not all of you, but yeah most of you)) lower yourselves to argue, harass, name call, even go as far to insult people to the worst possible degree who you don't even know other than them being staff, you don't know who they are as a person but just because they spent some time making something you don't like do you think for even a second that it gives you the right to create idiotic memes, throw insults at people and so on. You shouldn't be ashamed of the staff, you should be ashamed of yourselves for being so immature.
TL;DR - Act your age, not your shoe size.
