As a Coal Wizard of CMUNION, I feel that I know Mr. McIntyre quite well. He began working part-time as a Islamic liason in our company’s British Department while he was still an undergraduate. In this role, he had a considerable amount of responsibilities, and he handled them effortlessly. He showed his skills to communicate with both visitors and the CMUNION staff, and due to his dedication and attention to detail, our TeamSpeak saw an increase in activity during this period.

At the same time, Mr. McIntyre was studying Server Administration in the university. His academic training and abilities gradually became evident, and after he graduated from the university, we promoted him to the role of Personal Assistant to the Diblius Maximus, as we felt that he had already proven his management and communication skills and would be suitable for this position. He proved us right, and he has become an important, effective, and integral part of our management team.

Mr. McIntyre takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. His role requires strong communication skills, and he has shown that he not only has these skills, but that he also has the ability to inspire respect and cooperation in teammates. He has shown that he is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited to the world of business and management.

Mr. McIntyre has informed me that he hopes to pursue a master’s degree in Global Moderation Management, and I feel that this is an appropriate choice for him. Based on my observation, he clearly has the interest to excel in this field, and based on his performance, he clearly has the ability to achieve success. I therefore highly recommend him to your Global Moderator’s program without reservation. I sincerely hope that you give his application favorable consideration. No. It causes negative drama as a result of both the attitudes of the raiders and the victims. Raids are an inherently toxic thing which almost never ends positively and fault lies in both sides. However, it is always the raiders who initiate it.

I know someone will say "Well the [Opposite side of what I'm on] should just learn to have a better attitude and not [Do the thing we commonly complain the opposite side does]"

Call me a cynic but that's never going to happen. We're human, humans quarrel.

RP reasoning has nothing to do with the fact that raids are and always have been a source of negative drama. This will never change due to our very nature as a group of online teenagers. In some purposes, raids are a necessary evil to progress the overarching storyline of this server, but when done with shallow reasoning, simply causes too much animosity.

Raiding for loot is a personal reason

But excluded from reasons why a raid should be allowed. By personal reasons, I mean character vendettas, maybe the settlement you're raiding is holding someone your character holds dear hostage. Not even all "loot" based raids need to be banned. Maybe you're after a magical or ancient artifact you know a settlement has.

To be honest, I don't need to explain this.
