    #What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?: Yeah how **** the GM team is like on a real one the GM team is genuine cancer at the minute and I reckon i’d be a proper mint GM just not been given the chance due to a bad reputation which i believe is just propaganda perpetrated by a coalition of conspirators including but not limited to Geoboy66, Pandann and the late great Urasept. Modreqs are something i’d like to change a lot as well as a lot of the rules which I can go into more detail on when you give me my interview. Furthermore I wouldn't want to be a gm just for /god and /fly I would want to make Lotc *looks at azogs* great again.

     

    #What are your finest qualities?: I’m very laidback and it takes a lot to anger me unless you mention 6-2 against City or the last 3 years at United. Other than that I’m very mature yet incredibly funny and would add a dynamic not seen in the GM team today. I’m very charismatic and if you don’t believe me ask your girl haha joking I know you don’t got one. In all seriousness im a mint people person and a teckul negotiator, for example, I got Geoboy66 to unban me on 2 occasions when he hated my guts for sending him pictures of creepy crawlies. I’m smart as a dart and a very quick leaner which I believe will help me in my future role as a GM and then further down the line as an admin.

     

    #What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?: I understand that (mainly Americans) don’t understand my brilliant british sense of humour and that’s entirely understandable that many of you are very uncultured and see this as “rude” or “not funny” but that’s simply not the case.

     

    #What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?: I don’t really need guidance but if I could choose any I’d choose Geoboy66

     

    #Who do you not get along with on the current team?: I haven’t had to have much negative interaction with many of the GMs these days fortunately.

     

    #How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?: Every day and sometimes on the weekends.

    tbh don't think tht the idea behind being a gm is literally to abuse **** like /fly and that not one of you except geoboy66 became a gm to actually change things. actually scratch that not even change things, just help out. waiting 45 mins for a modreq and only getting it sorted when complaining in a public channel is outrageous. this is especially outrageous when there's 5-8 gms online and through use of /check only 2 (again geoboy66 tends to be the one) are actually answering modreqs. I have a firm belief that if there is a task that requires a moderator such as a modreq then the gm should drop what they're doing and put their rp on halt to deal with it. basically if there's an outstanding task then it needs to be done. gms need to start seeing the role that they have as a job and regardless of whether or not they volunteered for the role and treat the position that they've been entrusted by the community and the present staff members with a certain degree of responsibility. in my line of work I could do 1000 jobs in a day but if I was taking 45 minute comfort breaks to piss about whilst there were ongoing jobs then i'd get the sack. the average handling time for a modreq cant be more than 10 minutes realistically yet the average waiting time for one is literally 45 minutes. you have a modreq quota for every gm to fulfil but that's literally just a measure of activity. furthermore if there's a huge, blatant dislike and disdain for clearly reasonable reasons (Leowarrior, to name one) by a majority ff the server that gm should be instantly given a disciplinary and followed swiftly by a demotion if they haven't changed their ways
