I haven't played much role play but I am so much excited to get the chance to play on this server. I am always an active player of minecraft servers and am currently looking for a new server to play on. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 3-4 hours daily, or more. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: To me roleplay means to create your own character. Basically you are creating a fictional character which can be what you want him/her to be with whatever creativity that you have to create it. When you are your character you must act out his personality, speak as he would speak,act, and move as he would. Role-playing can lead to multiple possibilities of fun and excitement. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is where you give your character something that you know about, that he would not. Powergaming would be like spending all your time to make your character over powered. What do you expect this server will be like?: I beleive this server will be shear awesomeness What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: super-earth.net, it got quite boring after awhile of fully achieving all they had to offer. Yes, 2563 What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name?: alecsloan11 In-Character: Character Name: Alfreadon What is your Race?: Human Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Alfreadon was born in the age where diamond was unheard of and all were forced to use stone or iron tools, except the dwarves who were gifted with the ability to find and form diamond into tools and weapons of mass destruction. On the dark day of Alfreadon's 18th birthday the dwarves were rumoured to have been seen marching towards Oren (the greatest kingdom in the land). You see the dwarves had built up such a mighty army that no kingdom could defend against them, with their great new technologies the dwarves planned on overtaking all the lands. Until one day a great wizard was spotted roaming the same village Alfreadon lived in, so Alfreadon decided to go see what was happening. when he walked out to the street the wizard spotted him, pointed and said "You are the chosen one" So he set out on his journey to learn the ways of a true mage. He found himself at an inn located in Oren working as a floor sweeper. He was working late one day when the door of the inn creaked open, he began his normal routine of greeting the guest. When he looked up he was in awe of the sight of the great wizard that he had seen on the day of his birth one year ago. The wizard just looked at him and said "I've heard you've been wanting to reveal your true talents." Alfreadon was in shock and did not respond. The wizard just quickly turned and demanded "Come with me then.", so Alfreadon in confusion set down his broom and apron and followed the wizard back to his humble abode. When they had arived the wizard described to Alfreadon that he was born with a gift so rare that the last one before Alfreadon to be born with it was the battlemage who trained him. He explained to Alfreadon how the dwarves progress was increasing and that they were not very far from Oren. The pressure was on, so Alfreadon was forced to train almost all the time (when he was not doing chores of coarse). It had been a great time since he had started his training with the great Wizard. He had heard no new news of the dwarves it was almost as if a whole army had disappeared into thin air. He was coming back home one day after fetching water when he saw two dwarven men dragging the manged body of the wizard. Alfreadon tried desperately to do something but they had put the wizards body onto a cart and taken off to fast. Alfreadon swore that he would someday find the ones who had done this and bring justice to them. To this day Alfreadon does rarly make freinds with the dwarves but holds nothing against them, except for those two dwarves who were imprinted into his brain. Alfreadon has also sworn to help any race that is in need of assistance even the dwarves. Those were sad and lonely times for him and those dwarven families with husbands and friends lost, never to be seen again. Your characters ambitions: I (Alfreadon) would like to become one of the most powerful mages or warriors in the land of Oren, and join the mages guild. I (Alfreadon) would also like to learn the trades of Aegis, and one day become the leader of an army. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Alfreadon quickly steps into the combat fending off the bandits with all his might. While the elf occupies one of the bandits Alfreadon approaches the other. The bandit swings at him, he quickly blocks it and goes for a counter-strike, which the bandit quickly fends off. When the bandit regains balance he goes for a fairly high swipe towards the head, Which Alfreadon dodges under spins and slices the bandit square in the back. The bandit falls over dead, that is when he looks up to find the elf has rid of the other bandit as well. Alfreadon has made a new friend. Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? Alfreadon: I would like the fairest of all swords in the land forged for me this day. Shop Keeper: ah, let me see what I have got. Ok looks like I still have a few nicely forged iron sword here. Alfreadon: Hmmm, what about that one over there? *Points to diamond sword hidden in the corner* Shop Keeper: Oh that one is no use anymore, some dwarven guard sold it to me with little life left in it Alfreadon: That is the sword I so wish to purchase. Shop Keeper: If you so please, that will be 200 minas. Alfreadon: *sighs* digging in pocket* here is a coin purse with 200 minas in it Shop Keeper: Pleasure doing business with you, come back soon!
