My injury has given me alot of time to think, and i have decided i will use my vote, and i use it in attempt to keep Celia in office. I strongly feel that our recent violent outbreak was Celia's fault, but during it, i had revealed to me that i have been betrayed by those who were closest to me. And i thank Celia for showing me that, Im certain Celia wouldnt have done the things she is accused of without good reason, and that there isnt anyone else who could perform her duties as well as she. I therefore vote no, in favour that Celia keeps her position as Tilruir'acaln. ~Tilruir'nor Delonna

*Delonna looks at the progress of the notes before walking away in disgust, angered that Celia's crimes have been ignored by the majority.*

I dont really know what there is to be confused about. I tried to talk you down, and placed myself between Arya and yourself when you threatened her with your bow. Yes, i opened the ship's gate to let them in, but only because you were already fireing apon not just them, but Arya and myself aswell.

Due to my part in the recent incident, I chose not to use my vote, but would like to say I feel that Celia has done a fairly good job as Tilruir’Acaln, despite threats of war and an unstable economy. As for some of the accusations, there are multiple of I know nothing about, and hence will not comment on, but need I remind all that the Kolyat is the tilruir'llirn, and hence it is very much his job to be attempting to forge alliances, whereas it is not Celia’s and therefore comparing the two is a poor defence. As for the recent outbreak of violence, I am most disappointed with the way you handled it. You made various wild accusations, without any explanation or proof as to the crimes you claimed he committed. My understanding is that this was the first time anyone was made aware of the crimes Rei is accused of, and that it seems you acted alone in declaring him a criminal, and attempting to persecute him. You were extremely stubborn, and in my opinion forced the following violence to occur. Once Rei ran, you made no effort no pursue him, rather you turned to accusing and threatening Arya and myself. You used your bow to physically threaten us, in response to childish bluffs made my Arya. When I placed myself between Arya and Celia, an arrow was fired at my feet, by Celia. I am most outraged to hear you say you purposely did not shoot at me, as had it not been for Kolyat’s medical skills, I would have bleed to death from a severe arrow wound, which only Celia or Yuln could have inflicted. This same wound is also inhibiting my ability to perform my duties as Tilruir’Nor, so do not go trying to claim you didn’t attempt to murder, or assault a pure Mali’aheral. As for the sale of the island, should I remind you that until recently, I was on that list of people you were going to give money from the sale to? For the two thousand logs, and the 600 units of dirt I gave. You seem to have forgotten that Celia. ~Delonna

*After slipping out of the inn while everyone is distracted, Delonna heads up to the college to read what new letters have been added, and write a new one of his own.* My friends I will admit i have very much missed you all, and shed a tear each day no new letters were added. I do not mean to burden you with my troubles, but these last few weeks have been most difficult for me. I should feel a sense of closure, knowing exactly where i stand, but yet, i feel only pain. I had very much planned to confront her, but she beat me to it. A kiss on the cheek and a note in my hand, and that was it, nothing but painful memories and a goodbye note to remember her by. Now she is gone from my life, and i know not whether i will ever look apon her face again. I am left almost wishing i had never fallen for her, i cannot look at the stars without remembering one night where we just lay down and watched them for hours on end. I guess i should be glad to have such memories, but every time i think of them, it reminds me of the wound my heart has suffered. Nothing feels right anymore, almost as if this place, that has been my home for years has turned cold and heartless. I see joy all around me, but i feel none myself. I feel only cold, dark, emptyness. I honestly dont know how much longer i can stay here, in this city where everything reminds me of my broken heart. Maybe i am naive, young and stupid. There are many Mali'aheral that are much wiser than I, that much i know for certain. There are also many braver than i, though i think i may indeed be forced to face my fears and leave, lest i be consumed by my pain. I don't wish to sound dramatic as i write this, but I can hardly sleep anymore, and it sometimes feels like the pain in my heart is trying to rip me in half. My friends, i wish i could could give you wise and comforting words, and maybe one day i will be able to, but for now my mind is too clouded. Your friend ~Talyiina *Once finished writing, Delonna adds the letter to the rest before hurrying away*

Delonna walks up to the letters he has been observing for some time now, and decides it is finially time to write a letter of his own. He carefully looks around to make absolute sure he is alone, before sitting down and beginning to write on a piece of paper that is uncharacteristicly bland for him. Hello my friends Whilst this is the first time you have heard from me, i will admit that i have been listening to you all for sometime now. It gives me some degree of comfort knowing im not alone, just by reading your letters to each other. I realise that proably sounds silly, when none of them are even addressed to me, but somehow it just does. Strange how one can feel so alone in this city, even when they are surrounded by people. I truly think i understand what you mean by that, and cant help but feel the same way. I feel i have trapped myself in this wonderous yet lonely city. I look beyond our walls, and i long to go out and explore, but when i try to leave the safety of this city, i find myself trembling. Face to face i might deny it, but to you i find myself able to admit the fact, that i am frightened to leave the safety of this city, of my home. The world seems a more dangerous place than i remember it. That probably sounds silly to most of you, but i cant help but feel i have grown over accustomed to the safety of this city, despite how much i wish to explore that which is beyond our walls. Sometimes, i truly question whether or not i am happy in this city at all, there is much that is not how i would wish it to be. It almost seems wrong, for there to be conflicts and lies in this beautiful city we live in, yet even Haelun'or has it's secrets and lies. It would be a lie to say i am free of such secrets too, for i hold a secret which is painful for me to even think about. Its something i have guarded close to my heart, but if i feel i need to get it off my chest. I have developed strong feelings for a beautiful young Mali'aheral, but i also witnessed her engaged in an impure interaction with a member of a lesser race. For sometime now i have tryed so hard to believe she just made a mistake, but some of her recent actions have led me to question whether that might just be the fantasy of a lovestruck fool. I have probably already said too much on the matter, so i will leave it there, and return to my thoughts. Your Friend. Delonna closes his letter and hides it with the rest of them, before attempting to regain his composure and walking out. ((Im really sorry if my ending seems abit sudden, i was getting tired and drunk.))

Truename: Dohvakin Name: Tilruir'Nor Delonna Type (Optional: House): Conversion of unproductive land and both minor and major renovations across the farms Establishments (More Space.): A number of residential buildings are planned to provide convieniently located housing for our farmers and lumberjacks. The existing house shall be converted to a lounge of sorts for the farmers to relax in, and the mostly empty barn with tower will redesigned, with the barn to function as the farm's storage facility, and the tower is intended to replace Delonna's equally sized tower in residential district, as a more convienient location where he can live, and from which he can observe all the going ons of the farms. The Pigpen and cowpen will be completely rebuilt, and the chicken pen will be renovated. Many, if not all the different areas of the farms will be renovated in order to High Elf up the place abit. A windmill with granary and bakery will be constructed in order to further RP, specifically the process of converting wheat to bread and cookies, and a Lumbermill will made to further the RP experianced by Lumberjacks, and to improve the RPing atmosphere of the farm district. Request (Optional: Theater, etc): More space is sorely needed, but will not be possible without extensive terraforming. A sturdy wall, much like the one being constructed in the harbour area is requested to replace the inefficient, unHigh-elfy and poorly designed current one. Funding (Resources, land, etc): All resources will be provided by the farms, and all land used will be within the farms. Extra builders will also be provided should the be required. Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya ~Tilruir'Nor Delonna

((Whilst a decent idea, it relys on good RPing and that is something that our violent visitors are completely lacking. A reef, artificial or otherwise would not change anything, other than the subject of the crappy RP brought to us as people powergame past our defences))

HAELUN'OR CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION: Name: Delonna_Feanor Truename ((MCName)): Dohvakin Origin: Though a high elf by blood, I was raised on a farm beyond the edges of elven territory. Throughout my childhood my pa told me stories of how I was descended from the House of Feanor. He would tell me that the House of Feanor was once one of the most powerful and influential of all the High Elf bloodlines, but that over time and due to unknown causes the House of Feanor declined until stories were all that was left of its history, and a single family of High Elf farmers, too poor to afford a home in Haelun’or remained of a bloodline that once spanned across all of elfdom. How can you declare you are Mali'thill: Ever since coming of age, I have searched many libraries and academies for records of my house, without finding any mention of the name Feanor. Even in the grand library of the Cloud Temple I found no mention of my house. Most people would likely say it had never existed and that it was a story made up by peasants, though I believe all information regarding the house of Feanor was destroyed long enough ago that there would be no one left alive to remember it happening. Some might claim that wishful thinking though I know it to be true because my travels have not been completely in vain. In the Haelun’or academy I found a book which contained the emblems of every High Elf House ever created, I know not how old the book is but I believe it is a recreation of an older version because it contained many nameless emblems, one of which is identical to the carving on my belt buckle, an heirloom given to me by my father when I embarked upon my search for the truth. That is my only proof that I am Mali’thill. Why do you wish to become a citizen of Haelun'or: This city may be my only hope of discovering more about the history of my ancestors, it is for that reason that I feel I must become a citizen of Haelun’or, so I can carry out my research. My research into history is not the only reason I wish to become a citizen though, ever since I have arrived here I have felt like this is where I belong, amongst fellow high elves, where my research will be respected, not discarded and where I will be able to nurture my intelligence, as is proper for our kind. What is your personal vision for our blessed race: I believe that in ages long forgotten, Elfdom encompassed the whole known world, and more, with our Blessed race of high elves as the intellectual leaders of the world. While I might be wrong, there is certainly evidence to suggest a grand elven empire once governed all we see. I speak of the shrines and runes scattered throughout the lands. Whether this is true or not, I believe that such a thing is achievable again, not through force of arms but through knowledge. They say knowledge is power, and there can be little doubt that our blessed race is the most knowledgeable of all descended races. What does maehr'sae hiylun'ehya mean to you: I believe that maehr’sae hiylun’ehya is an extension and summery of everything that is Mali’thill, and what it means to be Mali’thill. If all Mali’thill can truly incorporate maehr'sae hiylun'ehya into their lives than our blessed race will be able to overcome any challenge placed before us by the lesser races. I believe this because Mali’thill have the highest capacity for wisdom out of all the descendant races, many of whom are still foolish enough to think they can prevail through use of strength alone. If we keep our bloodlines pure, and focus rebuilding them into great houses like the times of old we will continue to exist as the highest and most superior of all races, and will be able to continue working towards bettering our society. What Elven phrase do you particularly take to heart? Please explain why: The phrase I take most to heart would have to be maehr'sae hiylun'ehya, because I understand just how important these words are for High Elven society. Without hiylun our blessed people will cease being superior to the lesser races, and will cease existing as a separate entity from them. If we disregard Maehr’sae, then we disregard everything we work for. Wisdom, knowledge, arts and science are useless to us if do not work towards furthering them. Maehr'sae hiylun'ehya is truly a vital part of our culture, and our existence. What is the subject of the first book you will submit to the college: The first book I will submit to the college of Haelun’or will be a book detailing my finds about the history of the Mali’thill, in particular about the great houses of the past. This will be my primary focus as I feel it is important for all Mali’thill know about their history, and the deeds their ancestors did to lead us towards where we currently are. What would be your reaction if you ever saw a human, orc and unknown Mali'aheral travel the roads from Alras together: My first reaction would one of disgust as the Mali’aheral must be impure to even think about traveling with an orc. I would try to identify the Impure elf and if I couldn’t I would travel to Alras to ask the local merchants and innkeeper if they knew anything about a human and orc traveling with an orc. I would proceed to take my findings back to Haelun’or, so that the Mali’aheral could be punished for his impurity, and to prevent him from spreading his impurity to others. What home would you like to receive: Any house will do for now (until I can afford a bigger one), Though I would prefer a proper above ground house if there are any available. Are there any other details about yourself you wish to relay to the council: I would like to convey to the council that in time I could become one of the most distinguished scholars in the topic of Mali’thill history. Once my research is more completed I will even be able to help the council should they wish to focus on rebuilding and strengthening the Bloodlines of this city.

Out-Of-Character Minecraft Account Name: My account name is dohvakin How old are you?: In August I will turn 18 Time-Zone/Country of Residence: I live in Queensland, Australia which I believe is GMT+10 Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I feel that I have a satisfactory grasp of the English language, my vocabulary may not be as advanced as someone with extra years on me but I have never had any linguistic issues with the English language and do not foresee any. As for my grammar, it is far from perfect but I try to keep it at an adequate level as I understand that correct grammar does make reading and writing easier. Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: My name is Daniel and I am a male, Australia, First year University student. I am currently in my 4th week of my Bachelor of Applied Science, which next year I intend to major in Geoscience. I have always enjoyed gaming, probably a bit too much, as I have often found myself wasting entire days on a game I will later get bored of or possibly even delete. Some of my favorite games would have to be the Elder Scrolls Series (I use the series name because too many people have only heard of Skyrim, not Oblivion and especially not Morrowind (which was fantastic)). I also thoroughly enjoy Minecraft, which I have played since back in the beta days (Beta 1.6.5) and have also started playing Star Wars: The Old Republic, though due to high server latency I’m having a break until they give me my free server transfer to an Australian Server (I imported the game because the Aussie release was 4 months after the US release). How much time could you be on the server weekly?: This is a question I often ask myself because I know it will always be a question asked when applying for servers and it is often a difficult question to answer. In truth the amount I play can vary from 0 hours a week to up to 70 hours a week (I’m not proud of that number but I had a lot of holidays between high school and university). I guess if I was to give an average amount of time I can play per day it would be 2-4 hours, though this is heavily dependent on university as I have contact hours 5 days a week and often need to study even when I’m not at Uni. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: To me, role playing is the act of putting yourself into your characters shoes and adopting their mindset. I often find that roleplaying makes some games more fun and adds an interesting element to the game, which few people bother with. Most people who role-play seem to just go straight for being some high and mighty lord or knight, but I have found its actually ,more interesting to start off low and rise up over time. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have enough experience with Roleplaying to know that if even one person in a group doesn’t Role-play, it can ruin RPing for everyone, and this is something I truly hate. I have always found that the Elder Scrolls games are perfect for Role=playing, and am also a member of a hardcore roleplaying guild on SWTOR (I had to fill out an application very similar to this one to join them). I can honestly say that Roleplaying on minecraft is something I am new to, as I have never been on a roleplaying multiplayer server, but after looking at the lore and wiki for Lord of the Craft I am excited to explore the use of different races and racial capitals, along with the opportunity it presents for some good RPing. In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: This is not a term I had actually heard of previously and had to Google it to find out the meaning. My understanding is that Meta-gaming is when you draw from knowledge that your character cannot possibly have access to, such as if my character tried to Fus Roh Dah someone, an act of which he would have no knowledge of as he is a minecraft character, not a skyrim character. I can understand why this is undesirable in a roleplaying game as it breaks the immersion and ruins the atmosphere. In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: My original understanding of power gamming was that it Is when you focus solely on a goal that usually involves maximizing certain skills, though I checked Wikipedia to make sure it didn’t have a different meaning in roleplaying communities and I now realize it does. My understanding of power gaming in a roleplaying community is when you do something against another character without giving the other character the freedom to act on their own choice, such as combat. I believe this also involves godlike characters who other role-players have no chance of interacting fairly with. What do you expect this server will be like?: I watched a few videos on YouTube and this server looks amazing. I love the way different races have been implemented, and the way the capital cities have been designed to suit their specific race (such as elves living in the forest). I am also excited to join a server where I won’t see giant 2D Pokémon statues. I am also intrigued by the villain characters system which I feel will make for some interesting gameplay. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: In my day I have played on a number of different servers, none of which were roleplaying . Some of the servers died (the server literally died) and some just became inactive. There were other where I left because I wasn’t enjoying it and the last server I was on, I had been exploring for 10 minutes, enjoying myself until someone flew out of nowhere and magiced me to death, took all my gear (which was purchased with points (money)) I was given upon joining the server, and leaving me without any food or tools to play. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: I have read the rules and they seem perfectly reasonable to me. I don’t understand how some people find simple rules like these hard to follow. Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: You won’t have any problems with me breaking the rules. How did you hear about us?: I was looking up top minecraft servers and this was the one that stood out to me the most. Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: I did vote but I couldn’t see what number I was (or I didn’t know what I was supposed to be looking for at the time). In-Character: Character Name: Delonna of the house of Feanor What Race are you?: I am an elf What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): I was born and raised as a high elf, as a member of an old yet declined house of high elves in malinor. Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): At a young age my parents got ate by an orc…Just kidding =P… My name is Delonna of the house of Feanor. You’ve never heard of the house of Feanor? Many haven’t, but this wasn’t always the case, When I was born the house’s better years had come and gone. When I was young my pa always used to tell me about how we were the descendants of one of the greatest houses in all elfdom, that we once owned vast riches and held great influence in the high councils across the lands. I would ask him what happened to it all but he would only say that everyone’s fortune changes over time, and not everyone’s fortune improves. It wasn’t until I was a bit older that I realized he didn’t actually know. I have tried searching for the records but couldn’t find much, and what I did find what old and forgotten, from a time when Feanor meant something. The keepers of history weren’t helpful either, they said the possibility of someone destroying the record of my house was an unthinkable prospect and they insisted I should stop bothering them. Whatever the secrets of my houses decline are, they have been lost to the pages of time, the past holds nothing but decay, so unlike the rest of my house I look to the future. Enough about my house though, you asked about me didn’t you? Well I may have been born into a house that could scarcely afford my education, but I am still a high elf, and deserve the due respect. My parents are farmers, yes high elf farmers, that’s what I said, life has always been tough, though as much as I tried, I was just not suited to farming. It cost us a lot but I received an education worthy of any high elf and now that I have reached maturity I am planning on striking forth on a quest explore these lands and make a fortune for myself, and for my house. What is your Character's ambitions?: I fight to remake a name for my house, so that future generations may never have to experience the hardships my family have been through. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): My preferred tool is my educated mind, and an understanding that intellect can accomplish things brute strength will never be able to, though when faced with a challenge which requires a less subtle tactic, I do have basic training in the arts of swordsmanship and marksmanship. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? I am talented in the art of diplomacy which I always try to use to avoid direct combat. A screenshot of your skin (must be in proper format): Other Information about your Character: Like most high elves, Delonna has long ears, long platinum hair and fair skin with a golden tint to it, though growing up on a farm has made him slightly stronger and larger built than the average high elf. He is well educated and has basic knowledge of sword use and archery. Upon reaching maturity, he made the decision to leave his family’s farm and embark upon a quest for glory, valor and a chance to restore a name to his once noble house. Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? He would first talk to the three involved people and attempt to find out why the armed men are harassing the Halfling, before attempting to reach a peaceful solution. If a peaceful solution was not possible he would make an informed decision based on the way the three people interacted with him. He would quickly realize that it would not be appropriate to jump straight to the aid of either party as it is just as likely that the armed men are guards, as it is they are thieves. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Delonna's first response would be to ask for information about the local area, and try to find out as much as he can, figuring a local merchant should be a good source of local knowledge, he would then ask where the nearest inn and library is, before looking through the merchant’s stock and purchasing any items he needs. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: He would leave the iron and sword where it is. Someone no doubt worked hard to obtain those items and he will not risk thievery tainting the reputation he is trying to build for himself. Besides he is far too proud to take something for free or steal it. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you in the common tongue, how do you respond? He would waste no time before doing his best to befriend the traders and buy some food. If he could not afford it he would insist he returned the favor in the form of labor, helping them around the camp until the time he deemed his debt to be paid. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Delonna would feel obliged to try to convince the bandits to lay down their arms and armor and surrender, though if they refused he would help the guards however he could, even if it meant joining their assault against the bandits. He knows that if he wants to make a name for himself he must start out small and would see that as a good opportunity to start.
